The whip jerked him, stopping suddenly, as his hands slid closer to the end of the braided leather. He winced, feeling pain in his other shoulder, for a moment fearing it might be wounded too.
"LET ME GO, EM!" He yelled up, willing his hands to let go, but his survival instincts were too strong.
