Mikha's POV
Days have passed since the chaos in my house happened and I can say that my best friend is slowly accepting the reality of life. I always check up on her and make time for her so that she won't feel like she's alone in dealing her problems.
The seven of us are in the Trailblazer owned by Stacey. Well, we're planning to have a vacation before everyone will hit their Christmas break. It's sad that we're not complete, though. But I'm still hoping that Jhoanna and Colet will soon find their way back to each other's arms.
Nakapatong ang ulo ni Aiah sa balikat ko while my arms are hugging her. We're on our way to Colet's resort and we'll stay there for 3 days.
I still can remember the time Colet told us that her cousin will be back after years of studying in LA. And it's only now that I realized how happy I am during that time.
Flashback:
My legs are dangling as I sit on the railings here in the balcony of my room. It's hot, well, what's new? It's always hot here in the Philippines.
My mind have travelled so far as I continue to wonder.
"Mikhs!" A cheerful voice called out my name. I remained to where I am though. Even if I know that Colet will nag once she sees me.
Her footsteps are heard as she run, my best friend knows exactly where to find me.
"Mikhs, I'm so happy!" She exclaimed.
Her eyes disappeared because her smile is too wide. Whatever the reason may be, I'm sure she's really. She didn't even noticed my position.
"And what's the reason behind that huge smile of yours?" I asked, now facing her.
"My cousin is coming home!" She gleefully spoke.
