New Delhi, India!

The jet landed smoothly in Indira Gandhi international airport of New Delhi and a carcade was waiting for me on the runway. I could hear the paparazzi outside the airport when I walked down the built-in airstairs.

The bodyguards were everywhere as expected and as soon as I touched the ground, I was ushered into a limousine by the guards before we drove off the airport as the airport security did their best to keep the paparazzi away from the carcade.

New Delhi, the capital of India, wasn't the same as before. I could only see probably five metres ahead and I got this bitter, weird taste in my mouth. Smog. The fog in New Delhi is pretty bad in January. Five metres of sight and a bad taste on your tongue. And don't even ask me about the Delhi traffic. It was just as before, even worse than before. On the highway, people drove like there were no lanes. And of course they all horn. ALL. THE. TIME. You would hear only horns everytime and everywhere.

I decided against sightseeing and shut the windows. I know there is a lot of negativity but if you look around carefully you would see many more positivity than anything. Like cultural health. No matter which part of Delhi- even India you visit, you'll encounter stunning historical structures dating back hundreds of years. These sites are on par with anything in Europe, and they showcase the limitless cultural wealth of the Indian subcontinent. Like hospitality, the unity in their diversity and many more.

I noticed that the cars turned to Kautilya Marg instead of Tularam Marg and asked, "Excuse me, why are we taking this road instead of the Tularam marg?"

The man in the passenger seat looked over his shoulder and answered, "Sorry, ma'am! But we were asked to bring you to the Agnihotri villa instead of Jaisingh house."

The realisation dawned upon me, "Rudra asked you to do that?"

"Yes, ma'am! It was Mr. Agnihotri's order."

I nodded and relaxed back on my seat. I haven't even informed Papa about my sudden arrival to India but there's no doubt he knows this from before. Either way, I decided to call and check up on him since I haven't actually got the time to talk to him in the past three days.

After two to three rings, he finally answered, but before he could utter a word, I interrupted him, "Good evening, Papa! Guess who is in India?"

He chuckled before replying, "I know you're in India, princess."

I pouted, "Of course, you know! After all, your son-in-law would never hide anything from you." An idea clicked my mind, "By the way, Papa! Do you know the reason behind-!"

"I know what you're going to ask and I would suggest you to be patient. Rudra will explain everything to you. Now just go and rest in your in-laws house. I will be there tomorrow in the morning to pick you up." He said.
