As I sat there, my heart pounded in my chest, staring at the message on my phone. The garden that had just been a place of comfort now felt like it was suffocating me. Daksh's words echoed in my mind— he wanted to meet me, and he was close.

I felt a sense of unease creeping up my spine. Why was he here, near the cemetery of all places? My instincts screamed not to trust him, but another part of me knew I couldn't just ignore this. He wasn't the type to play harmless games. If he was reaching out to me like this, there had to be more to it.

I glanced over at the guards near the entrance. They hadn't noticed anything, and I didn't want to raise suspicion just yet. But the thought of sneaking away felt wrong. What was I thinking? I knew Rudraksh wouldn't approve of this, not after all the security measures he had taken.

But curiosity gnawed at me. I had to know what Daksh wanted. Still, something didn't sit right. Why couldn't he just tell me over the phone?

Without overthinking, I quickly texted back: "If you have something to say, why can't you just tell me over the phone or send it through a text? What's so urgent that you need to meet me in person?"

I hit send and waited, my heart hammering against my ribs. I didn't move from the bench just yet. I wasn't ready to blindly walk into a situation I couldn't control, not without understanding his motive.

Seconds felt like hours as I watched the screen, waiting for his reply. I knew I couldn't ignore him, but I also knew I had to be smart about this. What could Daksh possibly want with me now? Was this about Rudraksh? The company? Something else?

The phone buzzed again, snapping me out of my thoughts. I looked down and saw Daksh's response flash across the screen.

"It's for precautionary measures. What I need to say can't be shared over a phone call or text. Please, trust me on this. It's important."

A chill ran down my spine as I read the message. Precautionary measures? My mind raced, trying to piece together why Daksh would need to be so cryptic. It felt like a trap, but at the same time, there was an underlying urgency to his words that I couldn't ignore. What could be so important that he couldn't risk leaving a trail?

I glanced around the quiet cemetery, feeling the weight of the situation sinking in. The sun filtered softly through the trees, casting long shadows across the ground, but there was nothing comforting about the serenity now. The two guards stood at a distance, completely unaware of the tension building within me.

Should I go? Could I trust him?

The memory of Rudraksh's warnings surfaced, his voice reminding me to be cautious and alert. But Daksh wasn't a stranger, and if he was telling the truth, then whatever he had to say could be critical. Still, something felt wrong— very wrong.
