⚘ 𝐴𝑈𝑇𝐻𝑂𝑅 ⚘
It's the wedding day— evening in the Agnihotri household. People from all around the world have arrived for the wedding of the only heir of the Agnihotri clan and the Jaisingh princess. VVIP guests like Hollywood and Bollywood stars, noble families, billionaire businessmen and their families, and some big political leaders from around the world, would be attending the wedding. There will be performances by some of the renowned artists and not to forget, there will also be the performances by both of the families.
"Mon dieu, I can't even walk in this skirt." Elaine groaned, picking the lehenga she was wearing, a little up from her ankle, "I think I'm gonna make a laughing stock of myself, in front of all the guests tonight."
Raeesha, Tanya, Mithali and Meera giggled, looking at the state of Elaine whilst Yuvika shook her head with a tiny smile. She had taken a bath again because her body felt a little sore and the girls suggested a warm bath. And since there was time for the wedding functions to start, Yuvika decided to take that warm bath before she'd get ready for the evening.
Elaine, who was very enthusiastic about her outfit for her best friend's wedding, wore it quite early and now, for an hour or so, she had been complaining about how she is gonna make a joke of herself in front of such a VIP crowd and all that.
"Ellie, yaar! Kuch nahi hoga, calm down already." Yuvika snapped.
(Nothing is gonna happen.)
Elaine looked at her weirdly and so did the other, with surprise evident on their faces.
"What hoga?" Elaine asked, scrunching her nose, tasting the new word on her tongue.
"I said, nothing is gonna happen and don't panic." Yuvika said.
"Bhabhi, are you alright?" Raeesha asked as she approached her Bhabhi, who was sitting on the ottoman stool in front of the mirror, and rubbed her shoulders.
"Yeah!" Yuvika nodded, "Just wedding jitters."
"Offo, bhabhi! Calm down please. Everything is gonna be alright." Meera tried to reassure her.
"Yeah, and before you can stress more, we have a surprise for you that we were gonna give you after the wedding but aapka nervousness dekh ke lag raha hai, you need that now more than anything else. Isn't it, girls?" Mithali asked and the girls nodded.
(Seeing you panicking like this, we think)
"Okay, wait! I will be back." Meera said and ran out of the room.
Yuvika frowned and asked, "What is it, Ray?"
"It's a surprise, bhabhi! Don't worry, I am very sure that you would like the gift." Raeesha smiled.
