You were the worst generations best pirate known in the group, making yourself known before reaching the new world; you took down the strongest marines and pirates that came across your path. Your devil fruit powers were a mystery in itself like your crew who was made of many unknown ruffians across the seas from the south blue to the north blue, you had a run in with Luffy first when he has just recruited Franky to his crew; he instantly wanted you to be a part of his crew when seeing your power and how you fought with only your hands that somehow had claws come out of nowhere from your nails, but you just chuckled at the mere thought of it.

"Get to my level and we'll see who the strongest is to be the ruler of Pirates" you said with a smirk on your face when you were parting ways from the Straw Hats.

"Just you wait, I'll be king of the pirates, and you'll be a part of my fleet" Luffy challenged with the largest grin on his face the challenge alone set a fire underneath you.

During your journey ran into the Kid pirates that picked a fight with you, the battle of your ships was a draw which was rare for both you and Kid; both your crews got along when rebuilding the damage to the ships on an island you both found. Something about Kid reminded you of Luffy in a way only minus the pure animal that was inside of him, but Kid could also tell you had a different fire that burned inside of you when you talked about the one piece, knowing someone was just as strong as him maybe a bit stronger than him made his skin tingle with excitement when you both talked over an open fire with drinks and food before the dawn showed itself.

"You better not hold back in our next battle, next time we meet" Kid said to you while both your ships were side by side.

"I'm insulted by the mere thought of holding back against you, Kid; see you in the new world" you said back to him with a large smirk on your face when promising to see him in the new world where you both were heading.

Before coming to the final spot in your journey to the new world you ran into Law on an island; you sensed something different about him when watching him from across the room in the tavern you and your crew sat, it wasn't until you waited for him outside when you called out his full name that caught his attention; you both held an interesting conversation once alone in his office on his ship, you had a itching to take down Doflamingo like he wished to as well keeping your intents hidden from him for now. Knowing you both would meet again when the time would come to take down the same man you both hated dearly.
