[A/N: This isn't the start but a little glimpse of what theme it goes by]

I didn't know how my life turned out this way, but it did. My name is Sarah Blossom I'm twenty-three and my life has always been a mystery. I never knew my parents for they left me at the local church in the city of London. The year was July sixth, 1823.

I was on my way through the busy streets of London carrying my basket of goods; moving through the crowd I just enjoyed the sunny summer day. I was bringing back some things back to my cabin that was outside the church I helped at. I did the garden in the summer and helped out with food for the homeless, the sisters were very kind to me, and they kept a roof over my head along with food in my stomach.

Turning the corner, I was in my little daydreams like always. But it always led to me either bumping into something or worse; I was about to cross the road to the other side to more shops for my last stop. But the sound of a carriage being pulled by horses. The horses were spooked by something, and they started rampaging through the streets. Looking up in shock and fear I couldn't move which made others fear that I would be trampled; but in a flash I was suddenly pulled back by someone which led to the carriage and horses to race right pass me.

My eyes were still wide in fear as I tried calming my heavy heart beat; feeling the hand of the person still on my arm. I slowly glanced up behind my right shoulder seeing a young man around my age or maybe a year or two older standing behind me. His face was calm and serious as his top hat gave off a shadow making his grey eyes glow almost. His gaze finally looked down towards me; it almost felt like he was looking right through me which made some sort of feeling come to the surface within me.

"Try to be a bit safer next time, m'lady" his voice was deep and smooth it made a shiver run down my spine in a good way. His gaze was intense I had to look away with a slight blush coming across my face.

"T-thank you sir, I will keep that in mind" I stuttered a bit once I looked back at him once more as he let go of my arm.

"No need to thank me, Enjoy the rest of your day" he tipped his hat to me before turning away from me. taking hi cane that had a silver skull to hold on to.

Moving through the crowd like a snake; I watched him until he vanished from my sight. I couldn't help but wrap my own arms around myself still remembering the way his silver eyes looked at me. But my hand that touched my arm I noticed that there was a patch of my sleeve dress missing showing little of my arm, almost like someone burned it but I couldn't place where I could have done that today.

Down the street passed the butcher shop; within the dark and damp alleyway stood the man who saved Sarah from death moments before. Glancing at his left hand, seeing his black glove was melted away showing his palm; he couldn't help but chuckled as he looked at his hand where he touched her. Slightly lifting his hat up his grey eyes glanced across the street; getting a glimpse of Sarah who walked through the crowd so smoothly and elegant. A smirk couldn't be helped as he watched her enter another store in his line of sight, feeling his blood rush with excitement and his heart pounding loudly in his ears. Law couldn't help but chuckle once more to himself before he turned away from the sight of Sarah, letting his eyes glow yellow in the darkness as his smirk in the shadows showed his fanged teeth and rotten flesh before he vanished into the darkness of London to wait for Sarah once more since this was her only first dance with death.
