Luffy X Reader [Requested] [Bad Ending]

Luffy opened the door in a flash which made you jump out of your skin from the loud bang of the door; seeing a young man standing there with short black hair, with a small scar under his left eye and a large scar on his chest in an X.......Nothing in your mind clicked when you saw this young man but you stayed where you were not knowing what would happen if you moved closer to him or anywhere else....

"[Y/N}?" the young man spoke seems he knew you somehow but nothing came to mind.

"D-do I know you?" you asked in a slight scared tone as you looked to the young man for answers.

Those words alone seem to make the young boy very sad but you couldn't understand why and why it hurt your heart to see him that sad even though you both just met right? That's when several other people came into the room seeing the look of their captain which was enough for them to know it wasn't good.

"You were hurt badly and were out for ten days, my name is Chopper I'm the doctor of the ship" the young animal reindeer said to you as he slowly walked up to you and got onto the bed to check on you.

"Do you remember anything? How about your name?" Chopper asked as he did the normal check up.

"To be honest many things are foggy but.....I honestly don't remember my name either" you said honestly still a little shaken up from waking up.

"Your name.....i-its [Y/N...." the sound of the young man said in a soft and sad tone when you glanced over to him seeing him looking at the ground.

"Really?" you asked wondering if that was true.

"It is, I'm Luffy the captain of the ship this is Nami, Robin, Zoro, Sanji, Franky, Usopp and Brook.....we're your friends" Luffy continued trying to not have a break down since his heart was just breaking with explaining to who each one of them was.

"Oh I see" was you said still having nothing click together still.

"Get some more rest and Sanji will bring you some lunch okay" Chopper said as he was done checking you.

You nodded your head slowly as Chopper jumped off the bed ushering everyone out of the room as he closed the door behind you letting you be by yourself when you looked down at your hands wanting to remember but you couldn't remember anything.....which made you hug yourself as silent tears fell from your eyes.

Luffy stood by the railing of the ship watching the waves stream against the ship as he thought about you and the look on your face; He was grateful that you were alive but it didn't stop the pain from being there.....he wish he could do more to help you in that fight and maybe you wouldn't be in this mess at all, maybe the fight shouldn't have had happened to begin with so many questions were in his head right now as he watched the blue waters below.

Soon the touch of someone's hand on his shoulder made him turn to see Robin standing there with a small sad smile on her face.

"I'm sure her memory will return" Robin said to Luffy wanting to give him some hope.

"It might but, it still hurts...." was all Luffy said as he looked back to the waters.

"I know they will return and do you know why?" she soon said and asked him.

"What?" he asked which made him look at her again.

"Because you both our bonded together, through love and adventure nothing can ever change that; not even this" Robin Smiled warmly at him knowing that those were the words he needed to hear right now.

Luffy smiled a little knowing that she was right and that you might get your memories back because you guys have been through a lot together; and your love was stronger than anything, so no matter what happened you both were still bonded by memories and love that you both shared for each other no matter what life throws at you; you both will get through this just like the many other adventures that life through at you both.
