Today was a wonderful day it was the perfect day to spend your time with your wonderful boyfriend Sabo, it was your first year anniversary being together which was so exciting for you.
Right now you were waiting in your shared room working on some paper work for the resistant that you and Sabo were in; Sabo was out on a missing with a couple of others. You couldn't help with the smile on your face as you went through the paper work around the floor signing a few things and putting them together it was your own little madness when you worked on things and that was one thing that Sabo loved about you.
As you were humming your happy little tune as you were finishing up your work you didn't notice the door to the room opening and closing and hearing the footsteps coming up behind you.
You jumped a bit when you felt a tap on your shoulder followed by chuckling which made you smile brightly knowing whose laugh it belonged to.
"Sabo your back" You smiled as you stood up and hugged him tightly in your arms.
"Did you miss me that much?" he chuckled as he asked his question.
"Of course I did" you smiled again looking at him as you gave him a kiss on lips.
"By the way I got you something on my way back" Sabo said as you guys parted lips.
"You didn't have to get me something" you said knowing he liked getting you thing when you told him many times you didn't need anything.
"I know but you'll like this" he said as he turned you around towards your shared bed that held a little gift sitting on top of the bed.
You looked at Sabo who was smiling when he looked at you nodding his head letting you go towards the little gift that was perfectly wrapped, Letting you untie the gift to reveal your little gift inside.

The most adorable Cocker Spaniel of all time that made you smile as you picked up the little puppy in your arms as she snuggled up to you giving you kisses which made you giggle, Sabo smiled warmly at you as he sat beside you petting your new little buddy.
"She's adorable" you said as you looked up at your boyfriend.
"I'm glad you like her, since your normally stuck here doing paper work she can keep you company" Sabo said as he wrapped an arm around you holding you close to him.
"Your the best, I love you" you said leaning your head against his shoulder as your little puppy was asleep in your lap.
"I love you more" Sabo said to you as he gave you a kiss on the forehead making you smile warmly.
This was indeed the best day you could ever ask for from your boyfriend of one year today.
