Lizzie's POV.

I woke up the next morning with Valentina in my arms, she was sleeping peacefully, I smiled to see the love of my life by my side. I ran my fingers through her hair and then down her cheek. She buried herself in my neck sighing making me giggle.

I kissed her head as she kissed my neck softly, I love waking up like this.

"Happy birthday my beautiful love" I whispered.
"Thank you angel" she whispers back.
"You are the most beautiful woman in the world, I am really happy that you are my girlfriend, thank you for your patience, love and thank you for the happiness you bring to my life, I love you my life" I said my eyes with a little tear in them.
When I looked at her she was crying, her eyes were full of tears.
"I love you and no matter what happens I want you to know that what I feel for you will never go away, you are the most special person to me" she says letting one last tear fall.

We kissed like we had never kissed before, it was needy, delicate but with so much love that I'm sure we both felt. We pulled apart and her phone started to vibrate, it was a FaceTime call from her family.

V-"hello everyone"
Ky-"Happy birthday sis"
Kim-"How does it feel to be a year older?"
V-"thanks sky and you shut up Kim you are older than me so don't come talking about ages right now" she says laughing.
Kris-"How are you girls doing over there?"
Me-"we're having the best time here".
Khlóe -"that sounds great!"
Kendall -"sister we hope you have the best birthday ever".
Kourt-"yes, we love you, please keep living life having fun with us".
Kris-"my other daughter, you know how much I love you and how proud I am of you, you are the perfect example of self-improvement and effort, I love you so much daughter and I am sure your parents are proud of the woman you have become" she says crying making us all water our eyes.
Khlóe -"ugh mum why do you always have to cry, we love you Valen, happy birthday".
V-"thank you all, I love you and I can't wait to celebrate with you in LA".

After the call we went to breakfast, she didn't talk much at breakfast I guess Kris's words were still in her head.

"I hope they are really proud of me, I'm doing everything I can to make them proud and honour them" she says out of the blue.
"I'm sure they are, we are all proud of you my love, you have a lot of people here who love you" I assured her.
"I pray to heaven that your love for me will never end".
"That will never happen, I will love you until the end of time" I said taking her hand.

She just looked at me with a small smile and her phone buzzed again, she looked at it and smiled. It was little Sebastian.

V-"hello bug" She puts the call on speakerphone.
S-"hey angel, happy birthday"
V-"thank you little one"
S-"I miss you"
V-"miss you too"
S-"I've got a surprise for you but I can't tell you what it is."
V-"Can't you give me a hint?"
S-"Nope, but I think you'll like it."
V-"I'm sure I will, I love you bug."
S-"I love you too Valen, please come back soon."
V-"I promise to visit you as soon as I can sweetie."
S-"okay I have a nice birthday"
V- "take care, bye bug"

Her mood seems to change she looks happy again. After bathing and getting dressed we decide to go skiing, Valentina wanted to go skiing since we arrived so since it's her birthday we are going to do whatever she wants.

Before we went to get our skiers I decided to give her my first present, I took her by the hand and led her to a place where there were no people at all.

"What are you doing?" She says with a giggle.
"This is one of my presents for you" I said taking out a little red box.
"You didn't have to buy me a Cartier" she said blushing.
"Come on open it."
She did as I asked and when she saw the necklace her eyes lit up.
"I want you to wear my initial on a charm around your neck" I said shyly.
"I love it baby, thank you, can you put it on me?" She says turning around to let me put the necklace around her neck.
