Valentina's POV.

Things with Shawn have happened so fast, I didn't expect to feel so much for him in such a short time, but I do. He is a sweet guy, he makes me forget about the bad things in my life, he manages to put a smile on my face the whole time we are together and I like that.

When I'm with Shawn I'm happy and I haven't felt that way in a long time, he gives me comfort, peace of mind and makes nothing in my world look dark again.

Our first kiss was at his house, we were watching movies and it just happened. My stomach did a thousand flips that night, a feeling I thought I would never feel again with anyone else but Elizabeth but to my surprise I felt it with him.

I'm not going to say that I don't feel guilty for having sex with Elizabeth while I'm with him, but my body and mind don't seem to work properly when I'm with her, I just know that desire overpowers me and makes me do things I shouldn't.

I hate myself for falling into her games, but it was just sex and nothing else, right? It was just to give us pleasure, am I right? I don't know why I'm thinking this so much, she said it clear, she doesn't want to see me anymore.

When she said that it hurt me and a lot and I wanted to do it, to stop seeing her, but she has fucked with my life when I have asked her to stay away so this time I will not give her the satisfaction.

So after a week of not seeing her today I'm going to The Row Company with Shawn to talk to Ashley and I know I'll probably meet the other sisters there.

We get in my car and Shawn drives for me, I love seeing his tattooed arms and hands, he is so fucking handsome.

"I'm so excited for the days ahead" he says excitedly looking down the road as I have my eyes all over him, seeing every detail of his perfect face.
"I'm excited too love"
"Do you think our fans will take the news that we're together well?" He asks.
"I don't know, I hope so."
"Yes, me too, when is the collection with Versace coming out?"
"In a month, I'm so nervous and excited, Donatella asked me to take the pictures with the clothes to promote the collection" I said excited.
"That's amazing! I'm so proud of you baby" he says taking my hand and giving it a kiss.
"Thank you baby"

He drives for a few minutes until we get to the company, I was feeling nervous because a few days ago was Otto's birthday but I didn't get any information about where the party would be or the time, I hope Ashley isn't upset about something and decided to uninvite me, well I guess there's only one way to find out.

Shawn and I walked with our hands intertwined to Ashley's office. I opened the glass door causing all the people in there to turn their attention to us.

Lizzie seeing me there clenched her jaw and frowned when she saw our hands intertwined. Boyd gave us a friendly smile which made me want to roll my eyes and Ash was looking at me annoyed. I guess she's mad at me.

We walked into the office, I swallowed hard and decided to speak.

"Hey guys."
"Why didn't you go to my son's birthday party?" Ash says rather offended.
"Ash I didn't get any information about the birthday party" I said defending myself.
"Why didn't you call me?"
"I did but you didn't answer...I thought you didn't want me to go" I said sadly.
"I told Lizzie to send you the information to go with Shawn" she says softly just for me to hear.

That's where it all made sense in my head, she did it all on purpose, she didn't want me to go with Shawn to her nephew's party, she didn't want me there, she didn't want to see me and decided to play dirty. I looked at her with a smirk on my lips, she knows what's going on. So she wants dirty play I will give it to her.

"Whatever, I'll send you all the gifts I bought for the little angel" I said feeling everyone's gaze on me.
"Why don't you come home today and deliver them yourself?" Ash says with a smile.
"I'm sorry Ash but I can't."
"Why?" Lizzie says out of nowhere irritated by my answer.
"Shawn and I are going to Toronto today" I say without giving any more information.
"That sounds cool, for how long?" Boyd joins the conversation.
"Probably two days" I replied.
"What are you guys planning on doing there?" Ash says trying to get as much information out of me as she can.
"Valen is taking me to community service, it's really exciting" the handsome man says.

I looked at Lizzie and she looked furious, she knows how important community service is to me and she knows I don't take just anyone there. That made me feel good, it formed a smile on my lips.

"She also wants to introduce me to someone very special that I can't wait to meet" Shawn continued.
"Who is it?" Lizzie says calmly.
"Sebas, he's a big fan of Shawn's music so I know he'll be excited to meet him" I said calmly and smiling.

Her face turned red with anger, perfect I'm doing everything right.

"Baby we should go, I don't want us to miss our flight" Shawn says.
"Yeah, you're right my love"

We say goodbye to everyone and head to the airport. Being in Ash's office a while ago he gave me a great idea that I know Lizzie would hate but she decided to start with this dirty game and I know I'm a better player than her.

We arrived in Toronto and the airport was full of fans and paparazzi everywhere, we successfully managed to get in our car and go home, we are staying at Shaw's apartment.

We left our bags at the place and went to the community service place, they were very excited to see us there, Shawn got along very well with everyone which made me very happy. He has a pure soul.

He listened to everyone who wanted to talk to him and made sure to give everyone a good time while they were around him. I was with a smile the whole time.

After helping to distribute the food to all the people who were in the place, we were finally able to rest.

I took Shawn's hand and led him to the table where some special people were waiting for me.

"Babe, this is Sebastian and these are his parents" I said introducing him.
"It's really a pleasure to meet you guys, Valen has told me a lot about you, I'm Shawn."
"It's a pleasure to meet you" the boy's parents say taking Shawn's hand waving it.
"Oh my God! I love your music!" The little boy says.
"Oh really? What's your favorite song?"
"I really like the song for no one."
"Oh that's a good one Sebs" I say smiling.
"Where's Lizzie?" Sebastian says with his attention towards me.
"Oh you know Lizzie?" Shawn says a little confused.
"Oh yeah, Lizzie and I used to work together and one day she came over and met this little guy, no big deal" I said trying to calm my racing heart "and to answer your question Sebs she's in LA working."
"Oh that sucks, I miss her...can you have her call me?"
"Of course we will" Shawn says with a smile.

As is tradition every time I go to Toronto I take the little boy for ice cream and this time was no exception, we took him to his favorite ice cream shop, he was so happy with Shawn, my boyfriend had him carried on his shoulders and the little boy kept laughing inside the store while he was choosing the flavor of ice cream he wanted, it warmed my heart.

Sorry it took me so long to upload this chapter, last week I was in college exams and it was quite stressful. I'm studying to become a journalist and I had to do a mock newscast and that took me a lot of time and my mental sanity, but my grade was good so I guess it was worth it.🫠🫠
