End Game

Aspen

Lizzie's POV.

Very early the next morning we headed to the airport, when we arrived there were paparazzi waiting for us, I still don't understand how they always know where we are. They gave Valentina their birthday wishes and my girlfriend thanked them kindly. Her birthday is tomorrow but they knew they wouldn't see her so they decided to give her their good wishes.

After getting through security we boarded her plane, she looked happy but I knew deep down she was sad for her parents. After the plane took off she went to bed and slept the two hour flight, seeing her in pain is one of the most heart breaking things, I really hope my surprise makes her feel better and happy.

Arriving at Aspen airport there were more paparazzi, Valen talked to some of them which is rare for her but I guess she did because they were all really nice.

We got in our car and drove to the big house that Valentina had rented for us, it was exaggeratedly big and luxurious just like my girlfriend's taste.

She showed me around, she has come here with her sisters, Kris and her friends so she knows the place very well. I swear this place is one of the biggest places I've been to so far.

It's really beautiful, you can see the snow through the big windows in the house, the house despite being so big and luxurious is homey. I love this place.

"So, what do you think of the place?" She asks hugging me from behind as I look out the windows at nature.
"I love it, it's too much you" I said as I felt her kiss my shoulder gently, she laughed when she heard that I said this place was like her.
"Come on honey, let's go for a ride on the snowmobiles."

We changed our outfits to keep warm, she was wearing a white jacket while my outfit was all black, she looks really cute. We went outside the house for the snowmobiles.

Before we put on our helmets and started our ride, she came up to me and gave me a hug as she pulled away I saw her nose red as well as her cheeks from the cold. I thought she couldn't get any more beautiful but I was wrong, she literally is stunning. He gave her a sweet kiss which she reciprocated immediately.

"Are you ready to go princess?" she asks helping me put on my helmet.
"I am very ready my angel" I replied and helped her put on her helmet.

We had a lot of fun driving, she tried to convince me to go racing in the snow but couldn't because of my fear of speed. She told me that if her sisters Kendall and Kylie were here with us they would have made me suffer because they are very competitive and love racing with Valentina.

After a while we got off the snowmobiles and made angels in the snow, she had this smile on her lips that made my heart beat with joy. When I was about to get on the snowmobile again I felt something hit me on my back, I looked back and my girlfriend was dying of laughter with one hand covering her mouth and the other resting on her belly.

"Oh you didn't just do that" I said shaking my head.
"I guess I did" she looked at me challenging me.
"You're going to regret it my love."

And just like that we had a snowball fight, chasing each other and laughing like never before. We are both full of happiness and you can see it in the smiles we can't hide. I won our snowball fight because she pulled out an imaginary flag surrendering to me.

We drive back to the house for lunch and a little rest before our horseback ride, I think that's going to be quite romantic.

After our well deserved rest, Valentina changed her jacket and we headed to the stables to get our horses, she loves horses so her smile grew even bigger when she saw her favorite horse.

"Hi bug, did you miss me?" She says to the horse "I know, I haven't come to visit you in a while, I was busy because of work...but I'm here now...oh guess what, I chose to come here on my birthday so I could see you...but shhhh it's a secret" she whispered to him as she petted him.
"I can't with you, you're so sweet" I said giving her a kiss on her cheek, my heart melted as I watched her talking to the horse.

All those things she does make me fall more in love with her everyday, I can't get over still seeing her cheeks and nose red from the cold it's the cutest thing I've ever seen.

When our horses were ready we started our ride. For the first time she told me about her parents without anyone talking about it first and she was forced to talk.

"I love coming to Aspen, it reminds me of when I used to come with my parents...we used to do a lot of fun things like skiing even though mom was a little scared of it, dad liked extreme sports so he would take me with him to do different extreme activities it was really cool."
"That sounds incredibly fun" I said watching her eyes light up with memories.
"It was, we used to rent a house similar to the one we are staying in now, every night we would have a bonfire and sit around talking and telling stories that made us cry with laughter."
"That's lovely...who are you most like?" I asked carefully.
"Well, physically I look more like dad but how I expressed myself or the faces I sometimes make are a lot like mom...I guess I look like both of them in different ways" she says shrugging her shoulders.
"I would have loved to meet them" I said feeling my eyes with tears.
"If things were different they would have loved you right away."
"You think so?"
"I'm sure my life" she says wiping away my tears.

The fact that she felt safe to tell me about her parents made me feel happy. We rode the horses for a while until we felt it was time to go back.

We got back to the house and the smell of a delicious dinner was everywhere, the chefs of the house had made an amazing dinner for us, we thanked them and started eating.

After dinner we took a shower together, nothing sexual just taking care of each other, after we got dressed she helped me comb my hair making my heart smile. Yes, she is the person I want forever in my life.
