End Game

Daylight

Lizzie's POV.

"Baby you're back" I said watching her walk into her living room where I am.
"Yup, I missed you" she said giving me a kiss on my forehead.
"I missed you too, how was the workout?"
"It was good"
"Feeling better?" I asked her as she took a seat next to me.
"Yeah"
"Do you want to talk about it now?"
"I don't know."
"Honey I heard what you guys were talking about" I confessed and I could see her surprised face.
"It's annoying that she doesn't support me in my decisions and it's sad that now I have to lose her from my life, she was there for me in my worst and best moments" she explained sadly.
"I understand, losing people so close to you hurts".
"You mean Dani? She asked calmly.
"Yes, but I know that these are consequences of my actions".
"That sucks" she says.
"Do you regret pushing Hailee away?"
"Not really, I care about her a lot but I'm putting my priorities first, I want this to work I'm not going to let anyone destroy what we have."
"I love you Valen"
"I love you too my angel"

Wow she really called me that? I can't believe it, I'm really important to her, I can't help but smile I love that woman so much and she seems to sincerely love me too.

"Baby? Are you listening to me?" she says pulling me out of my nine of thought.
"I'm sorry, what were you saying love?"
"I was just saying that now that we're only a month and a half away from finishing filming, I was thinking that when we get to LA we should have a dinner with your family and Scarlett at my house, what do you think?"
"I would love to, I bet my family and Scar too, they already love you," I said and she sounded.

I am so happy that she cares about me and my family, I know she has kept in touch with the twins and my parents helping them with the family business and some problems that have come up that thanks to her have been able to be solved.

I am very grateful to Valen because despite everything I have done, she has been there for my family and as time has gone by she has become part of the family and I don't think she has realised that yet.

Time skip.

A month and a half passed, which means that today we are travelling to LA and I am planning to ask Valen to be my girlfriend again today after our dinner with my family.

I am so excited that we finished this season of the show, I never thought I would find the love of my life here, she has been the best thing that has ever happened to me, I am also excited because Pedro said we will most likely do a third season which means I will get to spend more time with my love. I can't wait to see what the future holds for us.

We are in her plane right now, sitting together, she has my hand intertwined with hers, circling my knuckles with her thumb while I read a magazine. Her phone started buzzing.

Y-"Yes?"
O-"oh hey man."
V-"actually I'm about to fly to LA, so I'll contact you when I get there to talk business."
V-"okay, I'll see you then"

She put her phone in her pocket and gave me a kiss in the middle of my eyebrows making me relax. Minutes later the pilot approached us and told us we were about to take off.

"I'm excited to see your family" she confesses making me feel too happy.
"You are so sweet" I said putting my free hand on her cheek caressing it.
"I can't wait to see my nephews and nieces".
"I'm excited to see your family again" I said but her posture changed when I said that, she tensed up "what's wrong baby?"
"I haven't told my family that we're back together, and I don't think they like you very much right now" she said a little uncomfortable but I appreciated her honesty.
"Well I understand. Take the time to tell them, I'll always be here," I assured her.

The rest of the flight she slept on the plane bed putting her head on my neck and her hand on my waist, I read for a while until I fell asleep with her.
