End Game

This love

Lizzie's POV.

It's our last day in Paris, the weather is perfect and I'm with the person who brightens my days. We are looking at the Eiffel Tower in front of us, I can tell that Valen had to pay a lot of money to allow just the two of us to be alone in this place, I guess she wanted this moment to be special for us and not have to hide from people and paparazzi.

The whole area was surrounded by security so we could be at ease.

"I'm so happy you're here with me" she says with a smile letting me see her dimples.
"I'm also happy to be here with you.
"You are very beautiful Lizzie" she says looking at me putting her hand on my cheek caressing it softly and I closed my eyes at the contact.
She put her lips on mine, the kiss was sweet, she smiled into my lips breaking the kiss but I didn't care.
"I love you" I said looking into her eyes lost in them.
Her eyes widened I guess that took her by surprise, she didn't say anything at least at first.
"I love you too" she finally says kissing me again. My belly jumped at those words. The happiness I feel coursing through my body is indescribable I don't think I've ever felt anything like that before.

After being in front of the tower for long enough we took a walk around the city, I am living in a dream, she is walking beside me as we do some sightseeing, we bought some things and she made sure to buy reminders for my family. That was quite nice.

When we got hungry we went into one of Valen's favourite restaurants, she ordered for us a special pizza, she said it was the most delicious pizza in the world and she was right.

We spent our lunch talking about the concert, we really had a good time and I can't believe I am sitting here in a restaurant in Paris with the most beautiful woman and she is my girlfriend.

When we finished our lunch we went to the hotel to get our things to go to the airport, when we arrived the girls were already waiting for us. We made our way inside the plane and as soon as it took off Valen fell asleep on my shoulder.

I let myself admire her beauty, her little freckles and sighs made her look even prettier. I let myself fall into my thoughts remembering the exact moment we confessed our love, it was perfect, the way she looked at me and her eyes lit up when I said those three words. I realized a few weeks ago that I have loved her since the first time I saw her, she hypnotized me, I knew I wanted to know more about her and that's why I never gave up on trying to get to know her and that was the best decision I could have made because now we are here.

I closed my eyes and fell asleep with her head resting on my shoulder and our hands intertwined, I feel calm and safe when I am with her.

Finally our dinner with my family is here, Valentina made sure that everything was perfect, the decorations on the table, the food, everything looked just as she wanted.

I know she is nervous although she doesn't tell me, I can see her biting her cheek and playing with the rings on her fingers because she is so anxious.

"They will love you sweetie" I say trying to calm her down and she just gives me a little smile.

The doorbell rang and we walked with our hands intertwined towards the door, I could feel her anxiety rising as each time we got closer to the door her grip tightened. She took a deep breath and opened the door.

"Good evening, it's a pleasure to finally meet you all, I'm Valentina" she introduces herself shaking hands with each of them.
"The pleasure is ours, I'm David and this is Jarnett my wife" my dad says.
"It's a pleasure to finally meet you Valen" MK says.
"Yes it's a pleasure" Ash adds.

They all greet me with a welcoming hug.

"Please come in" Valen says and leads us into the dining room with my hand and hers still intertwined.

We all take a seat, Valen was still nervous I could tell so I put my hand on her thigh to try and calm her down and I think that helped.

"So Valen how did you meet my sister?" Ash asks.
"We work together" she says with a smile.
"How's work going?" Mum asks.
"Pretty good, but I'm grateful to have a few weeks off so I can focus on my other business" she explains.
"Oh that's interesting, what business do you have?" my dad says quite interested. I'm happy this dinner is going perfect everyone is very interested in meeting my girlfriend.
"Well I'm helping my sister with her make-up line, I'm also helping my other sister with her jeans line, I'm working on my own perfume line and others but it would be too boring to talk about that" Valen says humbly.
"Wow that's impressive, you're pretty young and you've already built an empire. Your parents must be so proud of you" my dad says and I could see my girlfriend's smile slowly fade away.
"Dad..." I said in a scolding tone.
"What? Did I say something wrong?"
"My parents passed away a few years ago"
"Oh god, I'm so sorry I didn't know..." Valen cut him off.
"It's okay" she says with her eyes now filled with tears "these last few days have been hard... I miss them so much" I saw a tear fall from her face "if you'll excuse me I'm going to the bathroom".

I wanted to make sure that she was okay but I knew I had to give her space. It took her a few minutes to get back to the table but when she did she had a smile on her face.

The food was placed on the table and we started dinner, Valen broke the tension with a joke making everyone laugh, dinner went pretty well, my family asked Valen a few questions and she was happy to answer them. We laughed at the grandfather jokes MK told. I am having a good time and I know everyone else is having a good time too especially my girlfriend.

After dinner we went to the living room and played Jenga, we were all laughing, I have never felt so happy and complete in my life. Everyone looks like they love Valentina already and she is comfortable around them. I couldn't be happier.

"How do you know so much about fashion?" Ash asks her.
"I guess it's something that was born with me plus my parents taught me a lot about it."
"That's really cool, you should come to the company and help us with your ideas" MK said excitedly.
"That's an excellent idea" dad adds.
"Yeah, would you come?" my mum asks her and she looks at me and I nodded.
"Okay, I'd love to" Valen says smiling and everyone celebrated for that.

The twins and Valen got on really well, as I predicted their humour is quite similar so they kept us all laughing all night.

I let myself enjoy the view I was having, my family including my girlfriend in our lives, they were laughing and I couldn't take my eyes off her, she looks so relaxed now, she is laughing about something the twins said and seeing that made a smile come out of my lips. I am so in love with this girl.
