Forms of Treatment:
[Surname] - xiong: form of address used among male friends or acquaintances.
Daoyou: treatment used among fellow cultivators.
Xiaoyou: treatment used among younger fellow cultivators.
Xianzhang: treatment used by ordinary people for cultivators.
Qianbei: senior cultivator.
Zongzhu: The leader of a cultivation sect or clan or the leader of a martial organization.
Shishu: - Younger uncle, younger martial brother of Shifu;
Units of Measurement:
Cun: Chinese inch, corresponds to 3.33 cm.
Chi: traditional unit of length, equivalent to a third of a meter or 33.3333 cm.
Li: traditional unit of length, equivalent to 0.5 km.
Zhang: traditional unit of length, equivalent to 3.3333 m.
Time Units:
shí: period of 2 hours.
xiǎoshí: a period of 1 hour.

chǒu (丑, buffalo time) - 01:00 - 03:00
yín (寅, tiger time) - 03:00 - 05:00
mǎo (卯, rabbit time) - 05:00 - 07:00
chén (辰, hour of the dragon) - 07:00 - 09:00
si (巳, time of the serpent) - 09:00 - 11:00
wǔ (午, horse time) - 11:00 - 13:00
hwèi (未, goat time) - 13:00 - 15:00

The burning time of an incense: normally considered as 30 minutes
Meal time: 30 to 35 minutes
