Chapter 59 - Transformation

Su Ning had taken the potion early and took refuge in Chuan Zuo's room to prepare. He felt a little nauseous and dizzy and sat down facing the dressing table, observing a certain paleness on his face. Violet Orchid was able to walk now and had arranged all her clothes and accessories to lend to the doctor. "Think with me. Dr. Su is surrounded by beautiful young women. At night there will be rich gentlemen of all types, well dressed and elegant. How long will he remain indifferent to all this?"
Qiang Yong was about to respond but at that moment An Shu arrived, walking as calmly as his master, eating an almond cupcake.

Ren Loo smiled triumphantly.
"It's okay dear brother. You can stay here and watch over him. I'll take An Shu with me and I'll choose a model for you." She grabbed the snake's hand and dragged him with her without either the emperor or the emperor having time to protest. An Shu was not understanding what was happening as he was carried out. "I've been thinking... at night there will be a lot of boring men surrounding me, ideally I would be accompanied but Qiang Yong will be protecting the doctor... So, I have you! But you shouldn't have appropriate clothes either for the occasion."

Ren Loo was undecided, entering several stores. She didn't like the models of one or the quality of the fabrics of the other... The snake was stunned to see so many colors, sparkles and accessories around. Discreetly he saw the price and his eyes were dazzled.

Finally, Ren Loo found a place that satisfied her and she was testing and trying out the pieces. An Shu was discreetly observing her, until now he hadn't said a word, not even to complain. Without thinking he searched through the exposed clothes.
"Um...what do you see?" Ren Loo asked excitedly. An Shu stared at her in surprise at how distracted he was seeing the pieces. He didn't know much about fashion, he just started thinking about how Ren Loo would look in this or that model.

"An Shu..." Ren Loo smiled slowly, blushing slightly. "What would you choose for me?"
The yao swallowed dryly. He shouldn't have stopped to see the clothes. Still, it would be bad if he didn't give an indication, so he looked at the clothes again and chose a model he liked best. It was a set in a vibrant emerald green tone, with golden embroidery of lotus flowers and arabesques. Ren Loo looked at the dress thoughtfully.

She had never worn green but decided to go to the changing room to change, followed by the saleswoman. As soon as she finished dressing, the young girl let out a surprised interjection.
"Usually, men don't understand anything about colors and pick the first one that comes. But this man chose a color that really flatters his skin tone!"
Ren Loo admired herself in the mirror, she traveled to so many places and her skin was burned by the sun. But the beautiful shade of green only enhanced the wheat color and gold of her eyes.

She went out to show An Shu the result of her choice.
"So?? What do you think?" She gave it a twirl, making the fabric spin with the movement. She thought that An Shu would choose one of those pink shades that she saw almost all the girls wearing. She didn't expect him to choose such a strong color.
An Shu let out a smile. As expected, it looked really good on her.

A woman who was born with the brightness and warmth of the sun beneath the green prairies. Shyly he approached and held out a golden tiara, adorned with green jade flowers. Ren Loo was beaming and she lowered her head for him to place her.
An Shu was only a little shorter, but he swallowed hard and put on the headband gently. He felt his heart tremble. The emperor's sister smiled satisfiedly at the store owner.
"I'll take this one. And I also want you to bring the men's clothes I asked for."
