Raven comes down from the stairs and sees Aiden already seated at the table and eating his breakfast. He took the seat next to him. Alfred personally served his breakfast.
He ruffled his son’s hair getting a cat's glare from him, he chuckled and started to eat his breakfast. When they finished, Aiden’s personal chauffeur drove him to school.
Raven adjusted his suit and entered the basement. More than fifty cars lined up in his garage. His steady footsteps echoed through the space.
He went to the right corner and pulled off the car cover, a shiny black Dodge Viper came into view. The bonnet of the car was designed with a deadly golden viper snake with red eyes. He entered the car and buckled up. The monstrous sound of the car reverberated through the garage.
After twenty minutes of driving, the car entered into the muddy road where the sides are covered with dense trees and shrubs. A big brown rusty gate opened when the guards spotted a familiar car rolled at the entrance.
Raven entered the building. It was a two storey building which looked old and tattered on the outside. The front yard was covered with the dried yellow grass and the surrounding area was covered with wire fencing.
When Raven entered the building the guards stood by either side and bowed at him respectively.
“Where is he?” he questioned the nearby man.
“Brandon is interrogating him at the base” the man replied with his bowed head not daring to meet his eyes.
He strolled towards the base, the loud screams of a man echoed through the walls. The base was dark and several cells were erected one after another. The space inside the cell was too narrow and chains were hanging from the wall.
At the centre of base a man was tied to the chair. His clothes are a bloody mess and tattered. His eyes are soulless and look worn out. A man with a burly figure standing in front of him, his long blonde curls tied at top knot, tattoo covered his vast expanse of chest and his right hand. His mouth twitched as he stroke his beard,
“Are you testing my patience? Tell me who did it, maybe I will spare you”
The man laughed like a maniac with his bloody teeth, “You want me to believe that bullsh…”
Before he finished his word, the burly man swung the bat in his hand at the man. The spikes at the end of the bat tore the person’s cheek, the skin got scraped off to make the flesh inside visible to one's eyes and blood gushed out from the fresh cut.
The loud screams of man filled the entire basement, yet the gang members paid no heed to it.
“If you can’t speak anything good, better keep it shut”
Hearing the footsteps the burly man released the bat in his hand and sauntered to the table nearby and sat comfortably.
“Yo, long time no see” he grinned at the person entering the basement.
“Anything useful Brandon?” Raven questioned his subordinate.
“Tch...Tch tough nut to crack” Brandon shrugged his shoulders.
Raven picked up the spiked bat from the ground and crouched in front of the man. He used the back of the bat to lift his chin.
The man felt his throat went dry from all the screaming. He tries to see the person in front of him, but his dizzy eyes make it hard to focus. He blinked his eyes weakly, finally he saw a man with black mask covering half of his face, a golden viper engraved on the side.
The man’s eyes widened in fear. Seeing the terror in his eyes Raven smirked, he liked it.
