So, it appears that the One World Trade Center is standing in it's usual position, meanwhile, the shipgirls are doing their usual routines. The Freedom Tower looked to see a fog. And the fog reveals the ghosts of the Twin Towers.

North Tower(Ghost): "One World Trade Center."
OneWTC: "What? Twin Towers? Is that you?"
South Tower(Ghost): "Yes, we are. Remember, even if we are dead..."
North Tower/South Tower: "We will always watch over you. We won't forget."
And soon, the ghostly apparition of the Twin Towers, fades away.
