Garnet was fluent in a few languages but didn't care to learn anything else. She's not much of a talker, so she didn't really need them.
Amethyst has learned two languages total. She's younger than the other gems, and seems to have been on her own for a while, so she just has less experience with it. Also, she doesn't really care.
Pearl has learned almost every prominent language on Earth, ever. She never forgets a language that she's learned, even though many of them are essentially dead. She frequently practices through conversations with holoPearl.
