A/N: "I Love You Too Much" Diego Luna

Keefe's POV:

It was a warm summer evening, and the soft golden rays of the setting sun painted the sky in hues of orange and pink. I sat at my desk, my heart pounding in my chest as I carefully wrote down the lyrics to the love song I had composed for Sophie. She was the girl who had stolen my heart, and I couldn't bear the thought of another day passing without her knowing just how deeply I felt for her.

As I penned the final verse, my hand trembled with anticipation. I had poured my soul into these words, each line a testament to the love I harbored for her. With a determined smile, I picked up my guitar and strummed the chords to the melody that had been playing in my head for days.

Taking a deep breath, I made my way to Sophie's house. The familiar path to her door suddenly seemed longer, every step echoing the anticipation building within me. When I finally reached her front porch, my heart threatened to burst from my chest.

Sophie opened the door, her eyes widening in surprise as she saw me standing there with my guitar. I could see a trace of curiosity in her gaze, and my nerves only grew.

"I wrote you a song," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "May I play it for you?"

Sophie nodded, her expression filled with a mix of curiosity and excitement. She led me to her backyard, where the soft sounds of nature provided a backdrop to my nervousness.

With my fingers trembling on the strings of my guitar, I began to play. The notes floated in the evening air, creating an intimate melody that danced around us. And as I sang, pouring every ounce of emotion into the words, I watched Sophie's eyes fill with tears.

"I love you too much, to live without you loving me back, I love you too much. Heaven's my witness and this is a fact."

The music caressed the space between us, carrying the weight of my feelings. The lyrics continued to flow, capturing the longing, the desire, and the hope that consumed me whenever I looked into Sophie's eyes.

"I live for your touch. I whisper your name night after night. I love you too much. There's only one feeling and I know it's right."

As the final chord faded, there was a silence that hung in the air. Sophie's breath hitched, and for a moment, neither of us spoke. Then, with a tremulous smile, she whispered, "Keefe, I love you too."

I could hardly believe my ears. My heart leaped with joy, and the knowledge that my love was reciprocated overwhelmed me like a tidal wave. Slowly, I reached out for her hand, the warmth of her touch sending sparks of electricity through my veins.

In that moment, everything faded away—the world around us, any doubts or fears. All that mattered was the connection between us, the unspoken promise of a love that would endure any obstacle.

As we leaned in, our lips met in a tender, sweet kiss. It was a kiss filled with the promise of a beautiful journey ahead, a kiss that sealed our hearts together.

In the quiet stillness of that summer evening, Sophie and I embarked on a love story that would shape our lives. And as we gazed into each other's eyes, we knew that our hearts had found their home in one another.
