Next day, we woke up pretty late, probably because we went to sleep at, like, 2am after our campfire hangout.I opened my eyes and just layed there for a bit. Birds were quietly singing and I could hear someone laughing outside. I saw Rydel wasn't next to me anymore, so I assumed it was her laughing. I got up and quickly got dressed, then went outside. There were actually only Rydel and guess who? Exactly, Calum. I am sorry to say that Rydel is probably friendzoning him but by the look on her face she was having a lot of fun. I still had to understand whether the kiwi boy was so flirty because he liked-liked her or just for fun.Anyway, they were having fun and I didn't want to disturb whatever was going on, so I started looking for food. The boys had brought much, much food (not that I complain) so I decided to make breakfast."Do you guys, erm, want breakfast?" I asked over to the other two awake."Oh yes Hailie, thanks, I'll help you" said Rydel. Once she was close to me she whispered with an amused tone,"Thank you, I couldn't turn him down otherwise" she giggled, "he's sweet and everything but a bit clingy" she said containing a giggle. Living with 4-5 other boys had made Rydel become really open with boys in general and not an overly-romantic flirty girl as most of her peers are. She seemed unreachable, so Calum would never have an actual chance. I'm sorry for him. That day we wanted to have a barbecue, so Ross started setting everything up and he claimed he was ' the king of barbecue '. Just after a few minutes he needed Riker's help because he didn't know what to do. This boy...We all sat around the now-dead fire from last night and ate. It was really good, despite having to witness the enormous amount of ranch sauce Rocky used."You're disgusting" said Luke pulling an exagerratedly disgusted face.Rocky giggled and happily ate his steak. It all seemed so unreal. Sitting under the sun, with my family and friends, eating a delicious steak. I loved every moment of that day.And between barbecue and water fights, the night fell quickly. We all went to sleep and it was time for Rydel and I's prank on the boys.We had already planned everything and it was a simple plan but, I guess, effective. After everybody had fallen asleep, we went outside our tent and carefully blocked the zips of the other three tents. Afterwards, we grabbed a blanket each so we could project a bigger shadow. Then everything was ready."OH MY GOD A BEAR" I yelled.Everyone started to panic and while Rydel and I were making low noises to impersonate a bear. The boys started struggling with the zips but as Rydel and I had planned, they didn't open. We had created a great chaos and after a while we decided it was enough for the poor boys.We unzipped their tents and they ran out. They stood there quite confused and Rydel and I started laughing our heads off. They understood that they had just been pranked and started laughing too."That wasn't funny" said Luke laughing. Talk about coherence..."Ok I'm still tired goodnight girls and when a real bear comes, you'll not be saved" Ashton warned us. It is true he is really grumpy when tired. We all said our goodnights and went back to sleep. As I was approaching my tent, Michael stopped me."That was... clever. A really good prank" he told me smiling. Then he went back to his shared tent.
