Warning: Anxiety, Panic attacks

Ever since you were a kid you had always had severe anxiety when getting on planes, or anything to do with flying. Leah had book a trip to Ibiza, the flight wasn't long. At least not hours long, just a few. You tried getting your mind ready for the flight but deep down you were still nervous. 

Leah didn't know though, you hadn't been on a plane in years, you thought maybe it wasn't as bad as it was when you were younger. That's the reason why you weren't as worried as before. 

The realization didn't hit until you and leah were sitting in the plane seats. 

You got the window seat. 

You had looked out of it a few times and took a few breathes in. 

"Can i close this?" you turned to leah and asked. "Yeah, of course.." leah nodded slowly, you could tell she wanted to ask why but she didn't. Leah then reached over and shut the tiny window. 

You felt your heartbeat start to race. The flight attendant came on and said that the plane was about to take off. You felt as if you had something stuck in your throat, stopping you from breathing. Leah looked over at you and a concerned expression took over her face.

"Y/n...you okay?" leah asked you. You looked down at your seatbelt, you could see your chest rising as you began breathing faster. "No, no no no.." you said quickly. You reached down to your seatbelt trying to take it off. "I need to get off..leah.." you said. Leah took your hands away from the seatbelt. 

"You can't leave, it's too late now y/n.." leah whispered. Leah held your hands in her lap and pulled your closer to her. "You're okay...i'm here with you." leah reassured you. "Don't think about anything but me.." leah told you. You could feel the plane start to take off, but you decided to listen to leah's voice anything she did made you focus your attention to her. 

"Think about the time we're gonna have together in ibiza.." leah said caressing your head, running her fingers through your hair. You closed your eyes as she pulled you closer to her. "I got us a nice airbnb...it had a pool just like how you asked for.." leah whispered laying her head on top of yours. "We can go to the beaches and watch the sunrise...or sunset..we can stay up and just watch movies...i can take you out on a nice dinner.." leah said. 

You hummed as you still had your eyes shut. 

"We can do anything you want baby...this is our alone time, i only want to spend it with you." leah reassured you. 

You hadn't even noticed, but the plane was off the ground. Leah was still running her fingers through your hair while holding you close. 

"Are you okay baby?" leah asked you. You opened your eyes and held leah's hand. You felt embarrassed at the fact that leah just saw you like that. "I'm sorry..." you apologized. "Don't apologize..please. Why didn't you tell me?" leah asked you. You looked up at leah and shrugged. "It was gonna sound stupid.." you said.

"No, it's not stupid..the last thing i want to make you have is a panic attack..we could've prepared you or something.." leah said. "It's fine...thank you for calming me down. It was so sweet." you smiled as you squeezed leah's hand a bit. "Anytime..you know i would do anything for you y/n." leah reminded you. 

"That's why i love you le." you smiled. Leah leaned in and gave you a small peck on the lips. 

"Can we keep this closed though.." you pointed at the small window. 

"Of course we can." leah squeezed your hand.
