"I don't understand why we can't talk-" kerstin was saying, you were quick to walk to your room. 

"Kerstin, please...it's Lex's birthday today...this is her birthday party- we shouldn't be having this conversation right now-" you were saying. Kerstin followed you into your room. "Then when? All you do now is ignore me..." kerstin said. 

"Get out of my room.." you said, almost whispering. 

It was your sister's birthday party, everyone was downstairs but you had ran into kerstin when you were walking towards your room. She was walking out of the bathroom when you ran into each other. 

"I'm not leaving, and neither are you until we get ot the bottom of this." kerstin slowly closed the door behind herself. "Kerstin." you said folding your arms in front of you. "Don't. Don't try to get out of this...i want to know-" kerstin stopped herself. "I want to know if anything you said....was real?" kerstin asked, her voice sounded shaky.

You stared at her and furrowed your eyebrows. "Kerstin...of course it was all real...i wouldn't liek to you like that..." you scoffed.

"Then why have you been ignoring me- i mean you confess your feelings to me...then i kiss you...and now you act like i don't exist." kerstin said. 

"We can't be together." you blurted out. 

"Why not..." kerstin asked. You tried to find a way to tell her, you stared at the floor and sighed. "Y/n...is there someone else?" kerstin asked. You looked up at her and instantly shook your head. "No." you answered. 

"Kerstin, we can't be together because you're my sister's friend..." you said. 

Kerstin scoffed and smiled. "So? Lex will understand-" 

"No, she won't. She won't like it...i know she won't." you interrupted her. "Why do you seem so sure...we haven't even told her..." kerstin tilted her head. 

"There-...before- a long time ago...she had this friend...we tried things out...lex warned me it wasn't a good idea. And they ended up never talking to each other ever again after her and I broke up...i don't want to get in between you guys as much- as much as i love you." you said.

"Y/n...that won't happen...we'll make sure of it...we'll sit down and have a talk with lex...i'll do anything to be able to be with you." kerstin said walking closer to you. "What about lex-" you said. "Lex can't stop you from being happy...this isn't about lex, it's about you." kerstin said. 

"We can sit down, have a conversation about us with lex...she'll understand. I know she will. I can't just go around and act like i don't think about you every night." kerstin said.

You smiled hearing those last words.

Kerstin smiled at the sight of seeing you happy.

"Does that sound like a good idea?" kerstin asked. 

You nodded your head slowly. "Yes..but not tonight...tonight's her night." 

"Of course." kerstin nodded.
