You had woken up with a headache and this nauseous feeling. Usually you wake up with your girlfriend by your side but this morning she wasn't there. You had to make yourself a tea for yourself. Usually Lauren would be the one doing this but she wasn't here. You felt a bit sad that she got up and left, not even leaving a note or text.
But she had a life and so did you, so you couldn't really complain. You did however miss her though, the way she would make sure everything was okay. She would give you what you needed and it brought comfort to you.
You made your tea and sat down on the couch, you figured this might go away after resting and distracting yourself with probably get rid of the headache. You had turned the tv on and put on your favorite movie, the one you and lauren always watched.
You were starting to fade out, you felt your eyes get droopy until you heard the front door shut. You opened your eyes and looked up. Lauren was standing there smiling at you for a few seconds. Lauren walked over to you and looked at you, a slight frown could be seen on your face.
"Hey babe, are you- is everything okay?" lauren asked you. You slowly shook your head and looked up at her. "My head hurts and i feel a bit nauseous...but i'm okay now, you're here now." you smiled up at her.
"Oh my sweet girl...let me get you a blanket then we can finish watching this okay?" lauren smiled and caressed the side of your face, she walked into your bedroom. You paused the movie for a bit until you saw her walk back out with a blanket. Lauren sat beside you and smiled at you. "Do you need anything before we start watching the movie?" she asked you.
"No, just you.." you said, lauren kissed your forehead and cuddled up against you covering the both of you with the blanket.
