Chapter 39: Cuddle Call

When all the events for today were over: the fan signing, our V-Live after and our promotional photos of the band at the beautiful Botanical Gardens, finally we were back at the hotel and we had our free time. Tomorrow was Wednesday and it would be our sound check for the stage as the concerts would be on Friday and Saturday. That's how we would usually do our shows.

I was excited because I needed to ask Blue to be an important part of our show. We wanted Blue to sing Halsey's part in our song, 'Boy with Luv'. Well it was actually Yoongi's suggestion but after hearing Blue sing today at the fan signing, all the guys agreed for her to come and perform. But that would mean she would have to come to our practice too. I messaged her to tell her I was ready to talk. God, I was ready since forever. She called me five minutes after. Hmm... Yes! I was counting down the time.

"Hey baby. How are you doing? Did your niece make it back in time for her game?" I still couldn't remember the child's name. Shame on me.

"Yes she did. Amaria was very happy that she could've come to the fan signing even though she had her game. So is everything okay with you? It was so good to see you today."

"AMARIA!!! That's her name," I paused because I heard laughter. "What's so funny?"

"I'm guessing from your acclamation that you didn't remember her name. Aww, you're so cute when you're forgetful," and she continued giggling on the other end.

"Hmmm... I seemed to recall making you laugh when I remembered something too," I gave my playful smug answer.

"Oh yeah. What's that?"

"When I remembered that you had tickles all over your body," and now I was the one snickering.

"Oh you rascal. You almost made me pee my pants."

"Really?"

"Really!"

"Well I'll remember that next time," and I couldn't help but smile.

"What? That would be embarrassing. Speaking of embarrassment... I have a big bone to pick with Mr. Min Yoongi. What was he thinking when he asked me to sing today?"

I sighed, "Honestly I really didn't know he was going to do that but I understood why."

"Oh really. Well maybe you could elaborate for me and I'll decide if I'm not going to kill him..."

I couldn't help but laugh, "Girl, he does things to make everyone want to kill him one way or the other... But this time I understood why he did it."

"Hmm... Now I really want to hear this answer..."

.

I took a deep breath and said a prayer, hoping she would say yes. "Well its actually one of the reasons why I wanted to speak with you. You know we're on our world tour and so far we've been to five countries. We have to perform here, then we're off to Brazil, Los Angeles and finally back to South Korea." I paused and wondered if she was still on the line. "Are you there?"
