(Chapter 9: Is This Love?)

After I was finished telling Yoongi everything that happened between Blue and me, he just nodded his head and then he shocked the living daylights out of me, "Honestly, I think you should stay as far-far away from this girl as you can. I don't think things will work out with you and her."

I was so confused, "But I thought you said you liked her. I even saw you kiss her... Wait... Do you like her? Like: Like her?" I really didn't need this.

"Yeah, I like her but that's not the problem. I can admire her talent and work with her. She'd make a great artist and we can make millions off of her. But that's all I see in her. I don't know her and neither do you but from what I saw today and hearing you defending her, I'd say you've already fallen in love with her and that's dangerous."

"Whoa... I'm not... in... lllll..."

Yoongi laughed, "God Joon, you can't even say it. You're hooked on this girl and you haven't even gotten to know who she really is. From what I see and feel, she's the perfect girl but just not for you."

"Really? Why not for me?" He was getting on my last nerve. "Make up your mind, Yoongi. First you say she's talented and perfect but not for me. Don't I deserve someone like her?"

Then Yoongi looked at me, "Let me ask you something: Do you just want to have sex with her and done with it?"

"OH GOD NO! I respect her not to do that to her."

"My point exactly. If she was just a fling, I'd say go for it but your feelings for her run deeper than that." He paused and then explained further, "You do know if you decide to be in a relationship with her, there'd be no longevity in it. You can't carry her home and you can't have a family with her."

"Who says that's what I want with her? I'm not asking her to marry me, just maybe go on a date or something..."

Yoongi just laughed, "Yeah that something can really turn into something. Do you think that if you decide to be with her that you can end things with her just like that?"

I was fed up of these questions answering questions. Even Blue did that to me when we first met, just a few hours ago. Hmm... I really didn't know much about her but I knew that if I wanted to be with her, there was nothing I wouldn't do to make that happen. "Why would I want to end things with her if we're doing fine?"

"Because she's not the kind of girl that is expected of you. You're Kim Namjoon. The first and only son in your family. You're expected to be with and marry a Korean girl with real Korean roots. Blue is everything that's opposite of that. Do you want to put your family to shame?"

Now Yoongi was stepping out of bounds, "Why would being with her bring my family shame? She's incredibly beautiful inside and out. She gets me, she speaks to me and treats me like I'm a person and not a God. She's not afraid to tell me how she feels or what she thinks about something. Yes, I've only known her a few hours now but I can't help feel that attraction to her. I almost fell over her from just being close to her and I've never felt that way for anyone. Not even my ex."

"I'm just saying that this will end badly if you continue it."
