Wu watched as Aether was taken upwards in the wind column, pulled by the vacuum of air created as Dvalin's massive form tore up through the sky. He furrowed his brow, crouching low.
"Wu, what the heck are you thinking!?" Amber yelled over the roar of the wind around them.
FWOOOSH!!!
Amber let out a cry and shielded her eyes as Wu blasted off the ground, coated in a swirling, opaque aura as he careened into the sky after them.
"Wha!?" Amber exclaimed.

Aether spun in the air frantically, trying and failing to steady himself in the churn of Dvalin's jetstream. Finally, after they had risen above the storm and punched through the clouds, Aether opened his glider, steadying himself as the wind calmed the slightest bit.
"Huh? How are you staying afloat like this with just a Wind Glider!?" Paimon exclaimed, having barely kept up with Aether as he was sucked away. Paimon was right. Aether was maintaining a steady, forward motion, and not drifting slowly downwards like normal.
"I'm preventing your fall with the power of a thousand winds!"
A disembodied feminine voice cut in.
"Now, concentrate. Feel yourself grasping the wind! Harness its energy!" The voice said.
"Who-Who said that...!?" Paimon asked.
WOOSH!!!
Aether and Paimon cried out as Wu burst past them, gunning it towards Stormterror.
"Like that! Holy moly!"The voice laughed, impressed.
"Come on!" Wu turned his head to Aether, yelling for him to catch up.
"...!" Aether gritted his teeth, feeling the Anemo energy within churn outwards.
Aether surged forward, flying side by side with Wu as an Anemo symbol appeared in front of him. Aether's symbol glowed, and Wu pulled back two open hands as he charged them with Ki.
The sky was lit by white and turquoise flashes as Aether and Wu unleashed a barrage of projectiles. Aether let out a steady assault of anemo projectiles, while Wu launched small balls of ki from his hands as he performed a punching motion in the air.
Dvalin let out a low groan as the projectiles collided with his hide, he tilted his head, spotting his pursuers and letting out a low growl.
"Watch out, he's coming!!!" Paimon screamed as Dvalin spun in the air, turning on a dime and now careening straight for them, his claws pulled back. "Evade, evade!!!" Paimon screamed as Aether gritted his teeth, flapping his glider and barrelling to the side.
"Tch...!" Wu smirked, bursting forward and pulling his fist back. He amped up his ki output, blasting towards Dvalin as the feathered dragon roared with fury.
CRASH!!!
Wu's fist slammed into Dvalin's beak.
...
...
...
Doing absolutely nothing.
"WHA!?" Wu yelled. He spun, barely dodging out of Dvalin's path before he was smashed against the massive dragon's frame.
Dvalin roared, turning upwards and dissapearing as his form vanished into the sky far above.
Wu glared as he saw the last bits of Dvalin's silhouette vanish.
