Chapter 60

A few weeks ago.

Ellie, Grace and their friends are at lunch have fun talking about cheer.

"Hey guys I'm just going to a toilet." Elle says.

"Ok see you in a minute." Grace says to her sister.

As Elle goes to the bathroom then sits in the bathroom finished just as she is about to leave the toilet she overhears some girls outside.

"Ellie Casey is so annoying being part of cheerleading team her sister only allows her to be with them because of being her sister but if she doesn't then the group would be much better in cheer she's rubbish in cheer." A girl says.

"I agree and don't even get started about Alexandra who is so pretty she should be with somebody else instead of that ugly fat loser ever." Another girl said rudely.

Just as Ellie heard the girls leave Elle peeked the door then left knowing they were gone.

"Why was you so long? Grace asks and every one around the table looks at Ellie.

"I just had to wait because loads of people were in front of me." Ellie lied not wanting any of her friends to know the truth. Especially Grace.

A few weeks later

"So schools been going well then?" Maggie asks Elle.

"Yeah it's been better I'm just so busy with gymnastic and don't really like it anymore." Ellie says quietly looking away from Maggie and April.

"Elle what's going on at cheerleading if you don't like it don't do it sweetheart talk to your uncle Casey about it." April says.

Just as April said those words it instantly broke Elle to tears.

As Ellie cries Maggie and April look at each other before Maggie goes to to find Dr. Charles.

April hugged Elle and wanted to know what's gone on that Elle is hiding.

Ellie, Alexandra, Grace, Claire and Rachel headed out of the change room and into that gym for cheerleading practise that afternoon. They were working on a new routine with the freshmen cheerleaders and they were teaching them how to fly and how to catch the flyers. It was the first time they were going to work in the air and not just on the floor and the freshmen girls were pretty excited.
"Are you mad we're crashing tomorrow?" Rachel asked as they stretched.

"No," Grace frowned, shaking her head. "It might take some of the pressure off."

"Good, because Tyler's Uncle owns that fancy Italian restaurant downtown, and I really want to go." Claire said. "It's the first real date, like an adult date, and I'm not saying no, girl."

Grace grinned. "Well, it's fine with me." Grace says.

"Okay Girls," Claire called to get everyone's attention of the nine girls. "We're going to work on throws today. Split up into three groups of three; two bases and a flyer." Claire says.

Alexandra, Ellie, Claire, Rachel and Grace split up, each of them taking a group to coach. Grace's group was having some issues. The bases weren't working together and that could put the flyer in danger. But the flyer wasn't that great either, she was making mistakes in the delivery which made it hard for the bases to do their job.
