Part 15 - PROTECTION RACKET

Liam and James were in Sean's office with him while he opened a packet of Buckwheat and poured it out on the ground

''Now you will both kneel on this for 3 hours'' he told them

Liam and James knelt on the buckwheat and neither was prepared for the pain. It was extremely painful kneeling on Buckwheat and for 3 hours especially

Sean sat and watched them while he did some paperwork

''This is what happens when you play around on the school roof'' he told them

Liam knew it was a waste of time saying anything but he tried anyway

''We weren't playing'' he said ''James was in distress and wanted to jump. I went up to talk him down''

''Don't lie to me'' the uncaring Sean said ''I know it was all just a prank to annoy me''

''It really wasn't''

''And you both decided to strip naked for what reason exactly? The only reason you did it was to play the fool''

''Some boys stole my uniform Sir'' James said ''I'm being bullied and that's why i was naked Sir''

''Which boys?'' Sean demanded

''I don't think i can name them Sir'' poor James said

''Then i don't believe you. you are not being bullied''

''Oh for god sake'' Liam said and was close to snapping at Sean ''Look Sir he is being bullied by Darren and also by Matthew ok''

''Man are you sure we should grass?'' James asked Liam

''Yes i am sure'' Liam said ''I don't see why we should protect them''

''So Matthew is a bully now then?'' Sean asked Liam

''Yes that's right Sir''

Sean just grinned ''That boy is so bad he really is. I warned the teachers already about him''

''Yes. So you understand now why James was naked on the roof?'' Liam asked

''Maybe'' Sean said but didn't appear to be particularly concerned about it ''But it still doesn't explain why you were there Liam''

''I already told you i went up to help James''

''You had no business doing that'' Sean told him firmly ''You should have come and told me about it, which is what Reece did, and i am forced to give Reece credit for doing the right thing''

''I didn't think there was time to waste Sir, Besides James is my friend so i wanted to talk to him''

''Ok and you decided to take your clothes off too. Why?''

''Just for fun Sir'' Liam said with a grin ''And to try and cheer James up''

''Well now i will cheer you both up'' Sean told them ''You are both serving early morning detentions for some hard training''

''Hard training Sir?'' Liam asked

''Hard physical training'' Sean explained to them ''James you are not trying hard enough with your football training so i am going to train you to the point of exhaustion and Liam you can join in with the training. That way maybe you'll be too tired to cause trouble''

Liam was angry ''And what about Darren and Matthew? Will you punish them for causing trouble? For bullying James?''

''I will deal with them'' Sean said enigmatically

James was struggling on the buckwheat

''Sir please can i get off the buckwheat?'' he begged ''Canes Sir''
