Part 55 - BILLY'S PUNISHMENT Part 1

''Sean where have you been for 2 weeks?'' Agatha asked her son ''We all gave up hope that you would still be alive''

''I was in France'' Sean said with a chuckle

''In France really?''

''Yes''

''But what were you doing there?''

''After the car went over the cliffs i was trapped in the car with that crazy bitch Louise. I managed to free myself and escape. I swam in the sea, i was trying to return to the shore of the UK but i swam too far in the wrong direction, towards France, and a boat of French fisherman picked me up and took me to France. When i got there i said bonjour to the locals. tried some frogs legs,visited Paris and  went up the Eiffel Tower and had some fun in France and now i'm home''

''And you didn't think you should let everyone know you were alive?''

''Well i considered it of course but then i thought it would be funny to let you all wait a while while i enjoyed my rest in France''

''Oh you are evil my son'' Agatha said and began to weep ''You really tormented me for 2 weeks''

''Don't worry i am back now and time to get on with things''

''Well i stepped in as the headmistress while you were away'' Agatha told him

''Yes and i am glad you did that mother but now i am back and i will be the headmaster again''

''Sean i need to tell you something'' Sandra said and she explained Agatha's plans to have boxing matches among the boys and to make Grange Road a boarding school

Sean listened with a smile ''And so what?'' he asked Sandra after she had finished

''Well surely now you're back you won't go ahead with those plans will you?''

''Of course i will. I was planning to do them all myself. My mother was merely carrying out my wishes in my absence. Now i'm back and i intend to do them myself''

Agatha gave Sandra a smug look and Sandra was fuming

''I might have known it was pointless talking to you about it'' she said bitterly to Sean ''I should have known you were planning to do these things yourself anyway''

''Sandra has done nothing but complain for the last two weeks'' Agatha told Sean     

''Yes Sandra complains endlessly but i've learned to ignore her now'' Sean said with a grin and Sandra marched off in anger

A short while later Sean was back in his office, with his mother, and he poured himself some whisky

''As much as i enjoyed my holiday to France its nice to be back where i belong here in my office'' he said

''We need a serious chat son'' Agatha told him sternly

''Yeah what about?''

''i am very angry with you. i think you know why''

''Oh mother look i was just having so much fun in France i didn't want to rush back so i waited a few weeks. I should have told you i was there i know but i am so so sorry mother'' And Sean couldn't resist a smirk

''I know you aren't even the slightest bit sorry.You enjoy playing these games and leaving everyone in the dark and tormenting us all''

''Well i repent ok mother? And now that i am back you can leave and thank you for stepping in to take care of things while i was away''
