Part 69 - RIOT Part 3

Sean drove for a while and parked up somewhere quiet. He needed to think. Despite his arrogance and smugness, in front of Grace, events of the day had upset him a lot. Sure he was still free but he had lost everything else. The school, control of the boys, his chance to brain wash the prime minister, Lorraine's house and his control over Owen and Annie. This had been the worst day of his life there was no doubt about it. He wasn't used to losing and he had certainly never lost so much in one day like this. He was very angry but also very unsure what to do next. 

He had enough money to start again somewhere. But he didn't know what he would do about all the power he just lost. He wanted to regain power somehow, But he didn't know where to start and who he could have power over now. He just knew he needed power and control of someone somewhere. The money might help him

He needed somewhere to stay now that he was homeless. And there really wasn't anywhere to go. He had murdered his mother and he had no other friends or family who would put him up. Well except for Freddie. Sean knew Freddie would probably give him a bed at his place if he asked but Sean didn't really want to stay with Freddie

Finally he drove to a hotel. A five star hotel of course as he had plenty of money and would never dream of slumming it in anything less than a five star hotel

''Do you have rooms?'' he asked at the reception desk

''Yes we have rooms'' he was told

''Excellent i would love to book in at once then''

After being booked in he was shown to his room and after taking all his bags in he went to the bar downstairs with the intention to get drunk. He really needed to get drunk right now. He was depressed at having lost everything. He had such big plans and now it was all ruined. But he was determined to bounce back somehow. He just had no idea how. It would not be easy now. It had taken him a long time to build up to the point where he was ready to be a headmaster. Most of his 20's.He had been almost 30 when he became the deputy head and then the headmaster at Grange Road. Building up the success and the power hadn't just happened quickly. It had taken a long time and he knew it would probably take a long time again. And now he was older than when he first set out. Yes this set back was very worrying for Sean and he was very angry and worried

So he sat in the bar and got drunk and thought about it all. He thought very hard

Elsewhere back at the school Ryan and Josh were still rioting when Grace returned to talk to them again. Grace asked to speak to the ringleaders and since that was now Ryan and Josh they were the two who went to speak to Grace 

''I thought we agreed to end the riot?'' he said to them and both boys were very cocky and getting a thrill from the riot

''That was what you agreed to with the other boys'' Josh told Grace ''But now Ryan and me are in charge of the riot and we have other ideas''

''I see'' Grace said gravely ''Well boys i need to warn you both now that if you don't come out now then the agreement on punishment won't stand anymore and as you two are the ringleaders now you'll be the two who get punished for carrying the riot on''

The boys just laughed ''We don't care man'' Ryan said ''This is fucking great fun and we will carry on!''

''i really think it would be a good idea to end this now boys'' Sandra, who had been standing there with Grace. said ''Sean is gone and he is not coming back. We don't want this to carry on now. We don't want anyone to get hurt''

''Well Ryan and me just don't care we want fun!'' Josh said

Grace walked away from the entrance and had a meeting with Sandra Alan, Mrs Marsden and some of his officers
