Part 19 - BACK TO HELL

The summer holidays ended and it was time to go back to hell otherwise known as school 

''Welcome back boys'' Sean told them all while they were on their knees before him ''I hope you all had a good summer but its time to get back to school. Now Reece, Billy and James you three will resume your detentions and Darren will also resume the protection racket''

All the boys were sad

Sean was pleased to see the boys again and see the looks of dismay and misery on their faces. He was very pleased really to be back at school as he was missing it and started to get bored during the six weeks off

But Inspector Grace was ready to ruin Sean's good mood again

He arrived, unexpectedly, at the school

''You again inspector?'' Sean said to him when they were alone in the office ''Is it about Judith again?''

''No today i want to talk to you about Matthew''

''Oh?''

''Is it true that Louise pays you £1000 a month for extra time with him? Because if it is you should be aware its extortion you know''

Sean just laughed as usual and played it cool ''No of course it is not true Inspector!'' he said ''She is lying!''

''Is she?'' 

''Yes''

''Well i think she is telling the truth Sean''

''And you have any actual evidence do you Inspector? Other than whatever lies she told you?''

The Inspector was frustrated. He had to hand it to Sean he really was a cool customer. And Sean was correct he had no actual evidence that what she said was true  

''How are you getting on investigating Judith's death?'' Sean asked with a grin ''Any clues?''

''No we seem to have reached a dead end and we can't find any solid clues at all'' Grace said dismally

''Oh dear i am sorry''

''I don't intend for the killer to walk free Mr Lewis. Let me assure you of that. I am determined to get to the truth one way or another''

''And was there anything else you wanted to talk to me about today?''

''Yes as a matter of fact''

Grace, who was a chain smoker, lit another cigarette as he spoke ''Two boys have been reported missing and both of them were from this school although one of them moved to Waterloo Hill recently. You would have known Stephen and Joe?''

''Yes i knew them'' Sean said ''Nice boys. Not troublemakers''

''Well now they are both missing together''

''Any idea where they are?''

''No but we suspect they have run away together because they are gay and Stephen's parents tried to keep them apart but you knew that already didn't you''

''Did i really Mr Grace?'' Sean said with a smirk

''Well you knew they were both gay and in a relationship right?''

''No''

''Yes you did and we both know that''

Sean just shrugged and sat back in his chair relaxed ''Well even if i did what does that have to do with the boys disappearing? I had nothing to do with their disappearance if that's what you think''
