As the ceremony continued, a hush fell over the crowd as students approached with their hatchlings perched on their shoulders. The air was filled with anticipation as the young riders looked on in wonder, their hatchlings curiously taking in the sights and sounds around them. Some of the creatures seemed uneasy, puffing slowly in response to the cheering and gawking of the people, creating a sense of tension in the air. Nevertheless, the unfolding scene of students and hatchlings together was a beautiful sight to behold.

As the last pair of students and hatchlings took their place in the circle, Harry stepped forward, Azriel, his majestic dragon, standing tall behind him. With his head held high and his ancient robe flowing behind him, Harry began to speak in the Dragon Tongue. Ella stood beside him, her presence commanding attention.

The crowd quickly fell silent as Harry raised his hands. His voice, resonant and powerful, echoed through the amphitheatre "Welcome, brave riders and noble hatchlings," he began his words carrying the weight of tradition and expectation. "Today, we conclude this year's Choosing Ceremony. The dragons have made their choices, and you stand here as their rightful riders. This honours a testament to your courage, perseverance, and strength." He paused, his gaze sweeping over the assembled riders. "Congratulations to each of you for reaching this pivotal moment. Your journey with your dragons begins now. Together, you will face great challenges and achieve even greater triumphs. Embrace this bond, for it will be the foundation of your legacy, As you embark on this path, know that you carry the hopes and dreams of all who stand before you. May your hearts be bold, your spirits unwavering, and your actions worthy of the bond you now share. The adventure of a lifetime begins today."

After Harry and Finesse finished talking, the headmaster held the book high. All the dragons growled, their powerful roars echoing through the cavernous hall.

Everyone started to leave. Harry, Lucie, and Minho were discussing tasks that still needed to be done. Some hatchlings followed their riders obediently, while others, more curious and adventurous, trailed after the elder dragons as they made their way back to the cave.

The boys dismounted from their dragons, feeling the solid ground beneath their feet once again. The seven legendary dragons and the three elder dragons flew in formation, a majestic sight, as they headed back to the cave together.

Harry, Lucie, Minho, and Ella began their journey back to the castle, accompanied by several vigilant guards. However, Azriel didn't like too many guards around Ella. With a few growls, the guards backed down. Harry instructed them not to follow, warning that Azriel wouldn't hesitate to burn them if they got too close. The dragon was very protective.

Jimin and Taehyung held Ella's hands protectively. Azriel followed behind them, with Jungkook on his back. Azriel wasn't flying; he was walking, a massive dragon moving casually yet glaring at anyone who came within five feet of them. The townspeople knew better than to approach, having witnessed Azriel's jealousy multiple times.

Emma noticed that Y/N wasn't feeling well. Her face was pale, and she was clutching her stomach in discomfort. Without hesitation, Emma decided to take Y/N home, hoping to provide her some relief. She supported Y/N as they made their way back, her concern evident in the way she kept glancing at her friend.

As they walked, the group could hear the distant sounds of the dragons settling into their cave, their growls and murmurs fading into the background. The sun began to set, casting a golden hue over the landscape and bathing the castle in a warm, welcoming light.

Upon reaching the castle, the guards opened the gates, allowing the group to enter. Inside, the atmosphere was bustling with activity. Servants hurried about, preparing for the evening feast, and knights patrolled the halls, ever vigilant.
