Y/N sat with the boys at the Inferno Training Grounds. The air was thick with heat and tension, broken only by the distant clang of weapons echoing from deeper within the facility. She was nestled between Jimin and Jungkook, her knees pulled to her chest, eyes lazily scanning the blackened earth.

"Why didn't you come for Occlumency practice last night?" Jungkook asked, glaring at the back of her head like he could burn a hole through it.

Y/N didn't flinch. "It was my day off."

"And who gave you the week off?" His voice sharpened, laced with irritation. If glares could crack skulls, hers would've split open by now.

"I gave myself a week off," she said coolly, like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

Near the wall, Jin, Taehyung, and Hoseok stood with their arms crossed, watching in silence. Namjoon and Yoongi were sitting off to the side, backs pressed to the cold stone, unreadable but alert.

Y/N finally turned her head toward Jungkook, her eyes narrowing slightly. "When did you pierce your lip?"

"Three days ago," he replied flatly.

"Can you eat with that?" Her head tilted, eyes gleaming with curiosity like a cat circling something dangerous.

"I eat just fine," he said, smirking slightly.

"Did it hurt?"

"A little."

"What if you swallow it?"

Jungkook raised a brow, leaning in a little. "Then I'll dig it out. Or maybe you will."

Jimin's lips twitched at her question, a half-laugh escaping.

"Can you kiss with it?" Y/N asked, voice light but laced with something sharper.

Jungkook's grin deepened, slow and wicked as he leaned closer-too close. "Wanna see for yourself?"

Y/N blinked, startled at how near he'd gotten. "No," she said quickly, pushing his chest with one hand and turning her head away.

Jimin snickered. "You walked right into that one."

"Shut up," Y/N muttered, pulling her knees tighter, annoyed at herself more than anyone else.

The silence stretched again, heavy.

Then she broke it. "Who am I going to fight?"

Jin's voice came from across the training yard, calm and almost indifferent. "You can choose."

If Professor Willow chooses, you're doomed. If you choose, you're still doomed," Jimin said dryly, gently nudging her shoulder with his.

Y/N turned her head slowly, eyes narrowing. "I'm going to burn whatever's left of the things you're hiding from me."

Jimin tensed-just a little-but recovered fast. "You won't find anything," he hissed under his breath, trying not to look guilty.

Y/N's lips curved into a smug little smirk. "I'll just ask Chimmy."

Jimin blinked. "That traitor of a dragon," he muttered.

She flipped her pink hair dramatically, like she'd just won a battle. "He likes me more."

"I'm going to freeze both of you," Jimin growled, pointing at her like she'd personally declared war.

"You already did, remember?" she said, voice sweet and mocking. "You froze my final paper, and I nearly got thrown out of class."

"And you burned my limited edition training gloves, three of my shirts, and my notebook!"

"They were ugly anyway."
