DAISY MONTGOMERY DID NOT attend the Denim and Diamonds party but she did hear all of the gossip. Read all of the blasts SOCIALITE'S ELITE had to offer as well. You're probably wondering why she didn't attend. Truth is, she was invited but had to go out of town to NEW YORK with her family. She didn't want to go but Cooper bribed her with a shopping spree and there's no way she's passing that up.
Crisp navy blazer. White and emerald plaid skirt. Choker of freshwater diamonds. Time to flaunt. Prada stilettos resound like gunshots against the marble floor as she walks- nay, struts- like a model to her next class. She notices that Aurora and her crew, what do they call themselves again, the Empire has gracefully entered the school and as usual they're flooded with compliments, mainly Aurora for throwing such a fabulous party.
Daisy decides that she likes the younger girl and her ability to protect herself and those around her. She wishes she could do that. Granted she only has her boyfriend Sebastian at this school, but she needs to learn few more things involving life and the world around her.
Speaking of Sebastian, here he comes looking ever so handsome. "Hey gorgeous." He says in the that baritone voice of his that she loves so much. Daisy finds her herself cornered, not that she minds it.
"Hey you," she mutters softly kissing him.
He put his arms around her shoulders and they walk down the hallway together. They run into William and Dominique- the current topic of today's Twitter Blast. She fawning over him and trying to make sure he consumes some coffee at some point before the day is over. The two seniors move out of the way to let Daisy and Sebastian walk by.
"So how was New York?"
Before Daisy can answer that question, here comes Claudette. The girl dresses loudly, out of uniform once again yet not caring if she gets written up. "Yoohoo! Dominique! William! Welcome back, my favorite couple."
William can be heard muttering about how he doesn't have the time, energy or patience to deal with Claudette's bullshit today. Dominique rolls her eyes at the girl's boisterous demeanor.
"Excuse us, Will. I need to borrow your girlfriend." Claudette says, pulling Dominique away before either of them can say a word. This bitch just wants to find out some shit so she can go running to Twitter with the tea. "Dominique Nicole Windsor, where the hell have you been?"
Dominique rolls her eyes again. "First off, never use my full government name again. I hate that shit. Second off, I was out of town handling family business." The out of town part is a fucking lie but Claudette most definitely doesn't need to know that. "Will was with me."
"Oh." This bitch dumb as fuck. "I'm happy to see you. Let's catch up over lunch."
"Sure. See you then."
William holds Dominique by her waist and guides her down the long hallway. "I hate that girl."
"Me too. But we have reputations to uphold. So we put up with her."

THE EMPIRE MAKE THEIR WAY UPSTAIRS to the junior hallway. Mario feels eyes on him and not the soft ones he loves. No, these eyes are staring into his soul. Who is it? Cristal, his ex-girlfriend that he caught in bed with another guy over two years ago. "What the fuck is she doing here?"
"Who?"
"Y'all remember Cristal, my demented ass ex-girlfriend?"
Autumn narrows her eyes at said girl. "The same Cristal that cheated on you?" She suddenly wants to claw the bitch's eyes out.
"Word on the street is she'll be at the art gallery for the charity gala this weekend. Anyone up for a little revenge?" Aurora asks with a smirk as she twirls her phone around in her hand. "Mario, my source tells me that she's telling her family that she is still with you."
Mario exclaims. "Oh hell no. We need a plan. I refuse to be associated with that girl any longer."
"I have one. We're going to drag that ass to hell and back. I just want to wipe that smug ass look off of her fucking face." Aurora mutters.
Autumn stares at Cristal with disgust. "Join the club." She wants to be the first to see the bitch go to hell.
"Let's go."
The empire makes their way to class before the bell rings. Aurora's eyes are immediately drawn to Justin's from across the way.Locating him is effortless. He's always the first one she sees in any crowd.
Aurora watches the lazy disinterested smirk spread across Justin's face.
She briefly takes note of the girl attempting to capture his attention—blonde, bubbly, and clearly making a big mistake. No one can compare to Aurora Hollingsworth in Justin Winchester's eyes, and she knows it.
Unperturbed, she makes her way toward them.
To be fair, Aurora can't blame her. Her boyfriend is gorgeous– radiating sensuality, charm, and an inherent magnetism that was all his own. The King of Los Angeles. The most powerful man in any room.
Her man.
"I know what you're doing." Justin says. "Natalie, was it?"
Said girl nods, clearly expecting something.
"Sorry, I'm not interested. I have someone way better than you." Justin says loudly, on purpose.
Natalie looks offended. "Who's better than me?"
"Oh. I don't know. Look behind you." He says, pointing to Aurora who's smirking. "Meet the love of my goddamn life, Aurora Hollingsworth."
Natalie turns around to scoff at said girl but upon closer examination, she realizes that she should just keep her mouth shut and leave.
"Oh I'm so sorry. I didn't know."
"Now you do."
With embarrassment looming over her, she leaves the classroom. Aurora smirks and kisses Justin deeply. The bell rings and students come filing on in, taking their seats as Mr. Carson enters and takes a seat as his desk.
Next time y'all see the empire, they'll be causing chaos at the charity gala.
You ready?
