Cover and Title: 3/5
The cover of the book in ok. It does attract a reader to a certain level. Since its a Fanfiction and more on the anime side I won't comment on the headers and everything used since I am not an avid fan of anime and don't know much about the matter of fact.
Title could've been enhanced more. Here, when I read the title my mind drifted off to the Hollywood version of the The Beauty and the Beast. This could be considered my lack of knowledge but bound by the fact that it is a Fanfiction the name can be something more in relevance to anime. As for the relevance with the story, yes it is absolutely relevant with the text.
Blurb: 2/5
Blurb is excellent! To exaggerate,, it is one of the best blurbs I have ever read. But the reason why you have been given so less despite such a wonderful blurb is the STRUCTURE of the blurb. The sentences are in a loose format as if writing it roughly or informally. The construction of the structure of the blurb shall have proper paragraphing with quotation marks and proper punctuations. Otherwise it was awesomely written.
Plot and Structure: 9/10
Plot was well written! It was phenomenally interesting to read every sentence. The words, descriptions, pacing everything was imaginable inside the reader's head. Structurally there is still scope for improvement. Proper paragraphing and punctuations can make the text even better.
Character development: 4/5
I have read very few chapters to begin with. I feel Rue, the beautiful lady with grey hair is already a very mature character. As for Alex he is yet to develop himself and work on his attitude that is if he is not a villain. As for Zoro he is more on the side who is self reliant and responsible, I wonder what he would become in the upcoming chapters. Other characters like Zoro's friends, Amelia and Rue's daughter doesn't have much significance in the beginning therefore I'll skip commenting on them. But I feel Johnny and Amelia could become a pair in future keeping in mind their actions and reactions towards each other.
Grammar and Vocabulary: 4/5
Grammar was amazing with proper construction of phrases and sentences. I hardly found any grammatical errors. As for vocabulary, it was nothing fancy but still top notch. It was rather simple content but beautifully written.
Overall enjoyment: 9/10
It is a good book with almost perfect grammar and punctuations. The pacing and descriptions are awesomely written. Overall I enjoyed reading it and would continue to read ahead as well
