YN POV

-2 weeks later-

I wondered what happened. Was it my fault? Only him and God Knows. So after work i had to ask my best friend. "When did May and Melo break up?" I asked Leila. She went silent for a second. "Hello?" I called her again. "Oh sorry I was doing something. They broke up that same week during that time we had dinner." She tells me. "He just told me that night. I was curious on what happened. He never told me why but i'll definitely keep you updated." She tells me.

LEILA POV

"Yeah but let me call you later." I said before I hang up. Just then I walk up to Melo's room open the door. He was playing his game with my oldest brother Zo. "Well well well..." I folded my arms. "Care to tell me about you and YN? Did you really break up with May?" Zo looks at Melo. "NO WAY YOU ACTUALLY DID THAT!" Zo looks at Melo surprised. "Look..." Melo paused the game. "I didn't break up with May but I can't YN go!"  "So you have 2 girls?" I shrugged. "IM GONNA BREAK UP WITH MAY.. just give it time.. Please..." Melo whines. "You better do it the before my birthday. Time is ticking and if you don't do then you'll have a broken leg." I growled at him. "Okay okay.." Melo tries to calm me down.

MELO POV

*2 months later*

I still haven't broke up with her yet. I'm just tooo scared to. But i have been enjoying my time time with YN. She's so kind and patient with me and she understands me a lot. I invited her to come over for dinner again tonight. It was the day before Leila's birthday and we decided to have a family dinner. So everyone was sitting down until the doorbell rings. I got up and get the door. My eyes widened.. "May?? What are you doing here?" I asked her. "Not even a welcoming greeting?" She roll her eyes. I sighed and hugged her. "But your parents invited me." She grins. "You don't miss me??" She shrugged. "Look just come in..." I said as I close the door behind her. She walks in the dining room. "HEYYYY!!"  My family nervously says to her. She greets everyone. And when she went to YN. "Hi what's your name?" She asks YN. Yn looks at me and then her. "I'm YN i'm Leila's best friend. Oh is this the famous YN i've been hearing about?" She chuckled. Yn then gave me this dirty look. I'm screwed.. As we all started eating. Here comes my mom being social. "May..how was your buisiness trip?" She asked grabbing the salad.  "It was good! I get to finally work with C listers which will promote my business even more. Now i get to hang out with my boyfriend and actually celebrate Leila's birthday." She grins at her. "I'm not your friend doofus." Leila snaps back. "Aye aye Leila relax.." My dad calms her down. "But uhm YN? Right? What do you do?" May asks her. YN looks up at May. "Uhm.. I'm a server at a restaurant."  She slowly says. "How much do you make? I heard it's less than majority of the jobs out her in LA." May throws shade. "I know.. I'm just doing the best I can." "You know.. I am looking for someone to help assist me. I pay more than your lousy job." May giggles. "You know what? I think it's my time to leave."  Yn shots up from her seat and grabs her bag. "YN wait.." I tried to grab her wrist but she lets me go. "Don't chase her... if she wants to leave then let her.."  May tries to grab me but I let her go and chased YN down the sidewalk. "YN! YN! Wait... come back."  I kept chasing her. "Melo leave me alone. Not only did you lied to me. But she's been clowning me... Everyone's been clowning me. Maybe May is right. I definitely can't make money like you guys and i don't have a rich lifestyle and have luxury. I don't have a brand like you guys or drive fancy cars or go out clubbing.. I look like a fool talking to you Lamelo Ball. A DAMN FOOOL! I shouldn't be talking to you." She had tears in her eyes. She walks off in the distance. I looked at where she disappeared and felt tears in my eyes. I stormed back home and yelled "MAY WE NEED TO TALK!" I slammed the door. "Heyy heyy what's going on here?" My mom tried to calm everything down. "Mom i just need to talk to May." I growled.  "Well someone's a bit grouchy.."  She laughs. My whole family was quiet. I sighed as we both walked in the kitchen.
