The everyday stories etched their importance in Kanvi's and Vihaan's book blushing writing every time they came close and turned speechless or kissed out of the blue and shied away.
They touch each other thinking that the latter one is deep asleep while they enjoy every moment letting the other go with the flow. They are healing. That's all I can say as an author.
They stopped hurting each other but fate has its plans too. Nothing is permanent. Neither the happiness nor the grief. Maybe this happy phase may end soon too. Real depression is when you stop loving the things you love.
But what if something strikes Kanvi like lightning and she realises suddenly that Vihaan is not hers? He belongs to Chloe or that is what is etched in her mind.
The light she craved, the light she felt for a few months is getting intense almost making her blind. Her heart is running marathons just thinking that she had to leave him in the next two months.
She is feeling the pain. She sees herself in the mirror with tears in her eyes begging herself to just hold on and be strong for the next two months.
But on the other land was Vihaan who just discovered that he was falling, deeply and irrecoverable to his wife whom he hated with every drop of blood. His heart says one but his brain is too adamant to align with his little organ.
He sleeps with a smile kissing her forehead occasionally thinking that there are no consequences. But in the middle of the night, his brain gives him a raincheck showing that he is falling for that one person who jeopardised his whole world 10 months ago.
And the thought of her leaving him when he got accustomed to her, he was not able to fathom it. He always waits for her replies or maybe messages sometimes, because it matters to him. She matters to him.
As the days are coming closer, he sees her smiles, but they are full of silence and pain. But who knows, the silence isn't empty, it's full of answers to his quest. All he needed was a little bit of courage and a tad bit of forgiveness to accept her and be happier.
He opened his laptop as soon as he walked into the study room and responded to a few of the emails directing a few to Bea. His eyes are on the screen but his heart is totally filled with the thoughts of his Sinner who is turning into a Redeemer now.

The sounds from the attached room caught his eyes and he stood up taking slow and careful steps towards it not wanting to alert the thing making noise.
He opened the door and saw Kanvi searching for something.
" What are you searching for?" Vihaan startled her and she screamed losing balance and ready to kiss the ground. Vihaan caught her and his eyes were wide and his heart racing. If by chance she had fallen from a higher height, they both would have landed on the floor with the force her body exerted.
