Author's POV:

Vidharth's grip on Katherine's wrist was like a vice as he dragged her into his room, the door slamming shut behind them. The air was electric with tension, the silence between them thick and heavy.

Katherine's eyes blazed with a mix of anger and desperation as she faced Vidharth. "Why is it so hard for you to love me?" she demanded, her voice cracking with emotion.

Vidharth's expression remained neutral, his eyes glinting with a hint of warning. But he said nothing, his silence a palpable force that seemed to push Katherine further over the edge.

With a cry of frustration, Katherine slapped him, the sound echoing through the room like a crack of thunder. Vidharth's eyes flashed with fury, his face darkening with a rage that seemed to consume him whole.

In one swift motion, Vidharth pinned Katherine down on his bed, his hands gripping her wrists like shackles. She struggled beneath him, but he was immovable, his body seemed to crush the air from her lungs.

"Never," Vidharth growled, his voice low and menacing, "raise your hand at me again." His eyes blazed with fury, his pupils dilated with anger.

Katherine's eyes went wide with fear as she stared up at Vidharth, her heart racing with a mix of terror and exhilaration. She could feel his heartbeats, strong and steady, like a drumbeat in her ear.

Vidharth's chest heaved with each breath, his muscles tense and rigid as he held Katherine captive. His face was inches from hers, his eyes burning with a fierce intensity that seemed to sear her very soul.

For a moment, they just lay there, locked in a silent, furious standoff.

But his eyes never left hers, his gaze burning with a fierce, unyielding passion that seemed to hold Katherine captive, even as she lay pinned beneath him.

Katherine struggled, trying to pull her hands away, but Vidharth's grip was unyielding. He held her captive, his fingers wrapped around her wrists like shackles. She felt a surge of frustration, mixed with a dash of fear, as she realized she was at his mercy.

But then, something shifted inside her. Maybe it was the spark of anger, or the thrill of being overpowered, but Katherine felt a sudden rush of temptation. She gazed up at Vidharth, her eyes locking onto his, and without thinking, she kissed him.

It was a passionate, all-consuming kiss, one that seemed to ignite a fire within her. Katherine felt alive, truly alive, for the first time in months. The touch of Vidharth's lips was like a jolt of electricity, sending shivers down her spine and making her heart skip a beat.

Vidharth's lips were firm, yet gentle, his mouth moving in perfect sync with hers. Katherine felt like she was melting into him, her body surrendering to the sensation of his touch. His tongue danced with hers, sending waves of pleasure coursing through her veins.

As they kissed, Katherine felt the tension between them dissipate, replaced by a sense of urgency, of need. It was as if they were two magnets, drawn together by an irresistible force. The world around them melted away, leaving only the two of them, lost in the depths of their passion.

Katherine's hands, still trapped beneath Vidharth's, began to relax, her fingers curling around his wrists as she deepened the kiss. She felt his heartbeat, strong and steady, like a drumbeat in her ear, and her own heart responded, pounding out a rhythm that seemed to match his.

As they broke the kiss, Vidharth rested his forehead on Katherine's, their panting breaths mingling in the air. It was as if they were sharing the same oxygen, their lungs beating in tandem.
The world around them melted away, leaving only the two of them.
