" I slept with him...." Came her innocent voice.
" No, she is lying." Screamed Vihaan.
" Stop lying, tell them we were just in one room and nothing else happened. My character is dependent on your truth Miss. Please don't lie." Vihaan warned calmly...
The warmth of my bed was disrupted by the distant rumble of cars and buses, a reminder that there was a world outside my window. But it was the sweet serenade of birds that stirred me from my slumber. As I slowly opened my eyes, I was greeted by a familiar yet intoxicating scent, a hint of coconut and tulips. I couldn't help but take a deep breath, letting the aroma fill my lungs.
My gaze wandered to the bathroom, where a soft hum caught my attention. The sound was soothing, almost meditative. And then, I saw it, the bathroom was aglow, lit up like a warm home. The curtain, usually a dull beige, now seemed to shimmer, casting a silhouette of the figure bathing inside.
My curiosity was peaked, and I found myself transfixed by the mysterious outline. Who was it? And why did the atmosphere feel so peaceful, so inviting? I lay there, frozen, my eyes fixed on the bathroom, as the hum continued to lull me into a state of calm fascination.

As I gazed deeper into the bathroom, my eyes locked onto the petite figure, her gentle humming a serenade to my soul. The warm light danced across her curves, revealing every inch of her silhouette, and my cheeks flushed with a tender heat. I felt my heart skip a beat as I took in the beauty before me.
But as I sat up in bed, my surroundings began to register, and I realized that this wasn't my room. The unfamiliar decor, and the delicate trinkets on display, all pointed to one truth, I was in Kanvi's room. Memories of the previous night began to flood back, the mild headache a reminder of the events that had transpired.
And then, I remembered her, Kanvi, with her gentle touch and soothing voice. She had handled me with such care, such tenderness, and I felt a deep longing to be back in her arms, to sleep forever in the warmth of her embrace. The thought sent a shiver down my spine, and I couldn't help but smile, feeling grateful for the unexpected turn of events that had led me to this moment, to her.
What the fuck was I even thinking? To lay in her arms and enjoy her warmth? Stop embarrassing yourself more Vihaan. Man up and leave the room. She is the same woman who destroyed you and you are seeking her favour now?
I got down from the bed and the door clicked open revealing her in a brown robe and the water droplets leaving her tender strands like the rain leaving the clouds.
" Good morning Vihaan! Did you sleep well?" She asked softly and I frowned at her. Why is she being so good to me?
She was always good to you Vihaan! Chided my brain. Way to make me familiar with the facts.
I nodded at her though I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that I slept well. I stood up and cleared my throat. She walked to me and frowned at my face as if she saw something weird.
" Your hair has grown long." She mumbled and ran her fingers through my hair setting it aside away from my eyes. I jerked away and her smile faltered.
