Daksh felt a chill run down his spine as he observed Rudra’s gaze lingering on Aayara for far too long. Something was off. He didn’t like the way Rudra was looking at her, the soft expression on his face. It was too...personal.

Without a word, Daksh grabbed Rudra’s arm and pulled him out of the dungeon. Once they were outside, away from Aayara’s gaze, Daksh pushed Rudra against the wall.

“What the hell is going on with you?” Daksh hissed, his eyes narrowing suspiciously.

Rudra clenched his jaw, his usual calm demeanor cracking for a moment. “What are you talking about?” he replied, his voice strained, trying to brush it off.

“Don’t play dumb with me,” Daksh snapped, his tone sharp. “I saw the way you were looking at her.”

Rudra flinched, his fists tightening at his sides. He didn’t want to admit it, but he couldn’t deny it either. The feelings were there, bubbling under the surface, no matter how much he tried to suppress them.

“She's Arjun's woman,” Daksh continued, his voice filled with warning. “You know what he’ll do if he finds out you’re... interested in her. He’ll destroy you, Rudra.”

Rudra’s chest tightened. He knew Daksh was right. This wasn’t just dangerous—it was suicidal. But even with the looming threat of Arjun, Rudra couldn’t stop thinking about Aayara, couldn’t stop feeling something for her.

“I’m not—” Rudra started, but Daksh cut him off.

“Don’t lie to me,” Daksh said, his voice low but fierce. “I can see it in your eyes. You need to stop whatever this is before it gets worse.”

Rudra stared at his younger brother, his mind racing. He wanted to argue, to deny the growing attachment he felt towards Aayara, but he knew it was useless. Daksh could already see through him.

“I don’t know what’s happening,” Rudra finally admitted, his voice barely a whisper. “But I... I feel something for her.”

Daksh’s eyes widened in shock. He had feared it, but hearing Rudra say it aloud made it real.

“Rudra,” Daksh warned, his voice trembling with urgency. “You have to stop this. You know what Arjun is capable of. He won’t just hurt you—he’ll kill you if he finds out.”

Rudra lowered his head, his heart heavy. He knew the risks, knew the consequences, but the pull towards Aayara was stronger than anything he had ever felt.

“I can’t stop it,” Rudra muttered, more to himself than to Daksh. “I don’t think I can.”

Daksh stepped back, his face pale. “Then you better figure it out fast, Bhai . Before it’s too late.”

With that, Daksh turned and walked away, leaving Rudra alone with his thoughts, the weight of his feelings for Aayara pressing down on him like a storm he couldn’t escape.
