Meera: “Arjun, don’t you think it’s time you considered marriage? It could be beneficial for you in many ways.”

Arjun: “Marriage? Are you serious right now? Is that really the solution to our problems?”

Meera: “It’s not just about solving problems. Marriage could be a strategic advantage. It’s worth considering, don’t you think?”

Arjun: “Who do you have in mind for this... strategic move?”

Meera: “We can find someone suitable. But let’s not rush into it. We have more pressing issues to address first.”

Meera smirked and told Arjun, " either marry her or the news will be leaked in the media that great businessman ARJUN OBEROI SINGHANIA has kept a whore in hsi house! , don't you think it will be a good beef for them to bring our - i mean your company down ? "

Arjun glared at her : “Fine. We’ll discuss this later. For now, let’s focus on the immediate business matters.”

Meera: “Absolutely. Let’s get back to work. We can revisit this conversation when the time is right.”

Arjun’s expression remained tense as he turned back to the business at hand, the idea of marriage still simmering in his mind.

Arjun entered his room, closing the door behind him. He walked over to his desk, his mind still preoccupied with the conversation he’d had earlier.

He leaned against the desk, staring at the documents spread out before him, but his thoughts kept drifting back to Meera’s suggestion about marriage. The idea seemed both intriguing and irritating—an unexpected complication in his already complex life.

He walked over to the window, looking out at the city lights, trying to push the thought out of his mind. He needed to focus on the challenges at hand, not on the pressures of family expectations. He sighed deeply, rubbing his temples as he tried to shake off the frustration and refocus on his work.

As they sat down for dinner, the atmosphere was palpable with tension. Daksh and Rudra were in high spirits, their faces lit up with content smiles and animated conversation. They discussed the events of the day and laughed together, enjoying the meal.

Arjun, on the other hand, was visibly tense. His brow was furrowed, and he barely touched his food. The conversation around him seemed distant, and he was lost in thought, his mind still grappling with the suggestion of marriage and the expectations from Meera and his father.

Meera glanced at Arjun with a mixture of curiosity and impatience, noting his detached demeanor. She exchanged looks with her husband, who also seemed concerned about Arjun’s mood. The contrast between the lively, easygoing atmosphere of Daksh and Rudra and Arjun’s grim, pensive silence created a stark, uncomfortable contrast during the dinner.

Arjun stood up abruptly from the dining table, his chair scraping loudly against the floor. He looked at Aayara, who was seated nearby, and extended his hand towards her.

"Aayara," he said, his tone more commanding than gentle, "come with me."

Aayara hesitated for a moment, glancing at the others at the table, but then placed her hand in his. The room fell silent as she stood up and followed Arjun, her heart racing with a mix of confusion and apprehension. The eyes of Meera, Rudra, Daksh, and even the servants followed them as they left the dining room, leaving a lingering sense of curiosity about what Arjun intended to do next.

Rudra’s eyes narrowed as he watched Arjun and Aayara leave the dining room. His grip tightened on the spoon, knuckles whitening as he struggled to mask his concern. The cheerful atmosphere of the dinner had shifted, leaving a palpable tension in the air.

Rudra's mind raced with thoughts—why was Arjun taking Aayara away? What were his intentions? He glanced at Meera and then at Daksh, hoping for some insight into the unfolding drama, but their expressions were as inscrutable as ever. Rudra’s unease grew, knowing that whatever was about to happen, it would likely affect everyone in the mansion.

Arjun stormed into his room, his anger radiating as he yanked Aayara along with him. He slammed the door shut behind them, the sound echoing in the tense silence.

“What the hell are you doing?” he snapped, his voice sharp with frustration. His eyes burned with fury as he turned to face her. “You think you can just waltz into my life and disrupt everything?”

Aayara, caught off guard by his intensity, tried to steady her breathing. She could feel the heat of his anger and the force of his grip on her hand. “I didn’t mean to—”

“Stop lying!” Arjun interrupted, his voice rising. “You know exactly what you’re doing. Don’t play innocent with me. I’m tired of this charade.”

He paced the room, trying to control his temper. His frustration was palpable, every movement sharp and deliberate. Finally, he stopped and faced her again, his expression a mix of anger and something else—something deeper that he refused to acknowledge. “You need to understand your place. You’re here because I allow it, and don’t forget that.”

Aayara’s heart pounded, her fear mingling with a defiant anger. “And what if I don’t?” she dared to ask, trying to mask her trembling voice.

Arjun’s eyes flashed with a dangerous light. “Then you’ll face the consequences,” he said coldly. He took a step closer, his presence overwhelming. “And believe me, you don’t want to find out what those are.”

The tension in the room was thick, the air charged with unresolved conflict and unspoken emotions.

" But .. what did I do? "

Arjun's anger flared at Aayara's defiant tone. He took a deep breath, trying to contain the surge of emotion that her question had stirred.

“What did you do?” he repeated, his voice dangerously low. “You walked into a situation you don’t understand and disrupted everything. You have no idea what you’re getting into.”

He stepped closer, his eyes narrowing as he looked at her. “You think you can just waltz into my world and everything will be fine? You’re messing with things that are far beyond your control. You have no idea what you’re up against.”

Aayara met his gaze, her eyes flashing with defiance despite the fear she felt. “I’m not here to play games, Arjun. I’m here because of circumstances beyond my control. I didn’t ask for any of this.”

Arjun’s expression hardened. “Circumstances? You think you’re just a pawn in this? No, Aayara. You’re here because of decisions I’ve made, and you need to understand the weight of that. I’m trying to protect you from what’s coming, but you’re making it harder.”

Aayara's voice trembled slightly, but she kept her head high. “Protect me? It feels more like you’re trying to control me. If you’re so angry, maybe it’s because you’re not being honest with yourself—or with me.”

Arjun’s eyes darkened, and for a moment, he looked almost vulnerable. “You don’t understand the full picture,” he said quietly, his voice tinged with frustration. “But you will. Just… stay out of my way, Aayara. For your own sake.”
