Daksh walked out of his room, exuding his usual confident swagger, dressed in baggy jeans and a white tank top under a stylish jacket. His dark hair was slightly tousled, adding to his effortlessly cool look. As he slung his backpack over one shoulder, he smirked, knowing that eyes would be on him the moment he entered the college campus.

He grabbed his car keys and sunglasses, heading out to his car with his usual carefree attitude, ready to own the day. His mind was already on his next target, but he couldn’t help but think of Payal. The way she ignored him lately had been getting under his skin, and it only fueled his ego more.

With a rev of his engine, Daksh sped off towards the college, his mind set on making sure everyone knew just how untouchable he was.

As Daksh was about to hit the road, he noticed his phone buzzing. He glanced at the screen and saw Mehak's name flashing. He rolled his eyes, realizing Meera must have instructed her to call him. With an irritated sigh, he turned the car around and headed back to the mansion.

Pulling up to the house, he spotted Mehak standing near the entrance, all dressed up for college. She waved at him eagerly, her innocent smile not doing much to improve his mood. Daksh parked the car, got out, and leaned against the door, crossing his arms.

"Get in," he said, his voice laced with mild annoyance. "Guess Meera won’t let me leave without you."

Mehak giggled, walking towards the car, completely unaware of Daksh's frustration. She hopped into the passenger seat, excited to be riding with him, but Daksh's mind was elsewhere, already thinking of how this would ruin his usual carefree college vibe.

As Daksh pulled up to the college in his flashy car, the moment he stepped out, the usual chorus of cheers from the girls echoed through the campus. They giggled, waved, and threw flirtatious glances his way, clearly vying for his attention. Daksh, in his casual yet stylish outfit, exuded confidence as he walked, but his eyes held indifference.

Mehak, however, strutted beside him, head held high, basking in the attention she thought was meant for her. She walked as if she were Daksh's girlfriend, clinging to his side. Daksh, visibly annoyed, sighed and tried to ignore her presence, pretending she wasn’t clinging to his arm like a badge of honor.

"Here we go," Daksh muttered under his breath, running a hand through his hair, wishing the day would end sooner.

Daksh led Mehak through the bustling hallways of the college, pointing out her classroom as they stopped at the door.

"This is your class," he said, his voice flat, clearly eager to get rid of her. He gestured toward the door, not bothering to look at her reaction.

Mehak pouted slightly, sensing his impatience. "Aren't you going to show me around more?" she asked, trying to sound sweet.

Daksh sighed, looking away, "I've got my own stuff to do. You'll figure it out." Without waiting for her reply, he turned and walked away, leaving Mehak standing at the doorway.

Mehak's sweet smile disappeared in an instant, replaced by a cold, furious expression. She clenched her jaw, watching Daksh walk away without a care. Her eyes darkened with determination as she whispered to herself, "You... just wait. I’ll make sure you regret treating me like this."

Her fists tightened, her mind already plotting her next move to ensure she got the attention and respect she believed she deserved from Daksh.

Daksh walked into his class, cool and confident as always, his casual swagger drawing the attention of everyone in the room. His friends greeted him with nods and grins, while some of the girls couldn’t take their eyes off him. He slipped into his usual seat at the back, leaning casually against the chair, his expression indifferent, though he could feel the stares of admiration and envy.

As he settled in, his thoughts wandered back to Mehak’s reaction earlier. He smirked slightly, knowing she wouldn’t take his dismissal lightly. But he didn’t care—he wasn’t one to get involved in her games.

Daksh's smirk faded as his eyes landed on Payal and Rayansh sitting together, laughing at something. His jaw clenched, irritation flashing in his eyes. He hated seeing them so close, especially when Rayansh had his arm draped casually over Payal’s chair. It felt like an unspoken challenge.

He leaned forward slightly in his seat, watching them, his mind racing with thoughts. The more he saw them together, the more his anger simmered beneath the surface. It wasn't jealousy—he told himself—it was about Rayansh overstepping boundaries.

Abhay and Ayush exchanged knowing looks before smirking at Daksh.

“So, the nerd still has you all worked up, huh?” Abhay teased, nudging Daksh playfully.

“Seems like Rayansh’s doing a better job at being her ‘guy’ than you,” Ayush added with a grin.

Daksh shot them both a sharp glare. “Shut up,” he growled, clearly irritated. “I couldn’t care less about them.”

But his clenched fists and the dark look in his eyes betrayed his words, making Abhay and Ayush chuckle even more.

The classroom buzzed with excitement as the teacher announced, "Class, we have an exciting trip planned! This weekend, we’ll be heading to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands for a camping trip. It's a great opportunity for you all to bond and explore nature."

Immediately, students started whispering, their excitement palpable. Payal and Rayansh exchanged smiles, already planning for the trip, while Daksh leaned back in his chair, his expression unreadable. Abhay nudged him, grinning.

"Looks like you’ll have plenty of time to catch up with Payal on this trip," he teased.

Daksh’s jaw tightened, but he didn’t respond, his mind already spinning with thoughts of the weekend ahead.

Rayansh leaned closer to Payal, his voice playful. "We’ll sit together on the plane, right?" he asked with a grin.

Payal smiled softly, nodding. "Of course, Rayansh. It’ll be fun."

Across the room, Daksh noticed their interaction, his eyes narrowing as Rayansh casually tugged on Payal’s arm. Abhay, noticing Daksh's glare, smirked again and leaned in to whisper, “Jealous much? You’re really going to let him steal your girl on this trip?”

Daksh clenched his fists under the desk, forcing a smirk to hide the growing irritation inside him. "Let’s see who sits where," he muttered, already scheming.

Abhay raised an eyebrow, his interest piqued. "You hate her because of her brother?" he asked, curiosity evident in his tone.

Daksh nodded, frustration evident in his voice. "Her brother is my brother's rival. It’s not just personal; it's business too."

Ayush chuckled, shaking his head. "Sounds like you’ve got a lot more than just a crush on Payal. But hey, if you want to make things interesting, maybe you should take a more proactive approach."

Daksh's eyes darkened with determination. "Oh, I plan to. If she thinks she can just waltz in and act like she’s not part of the rivalry, she’s got another thing coming."

Daksh turned, his eyes meeting Akriti’s with a mix of surprise and intrigue. Akriti’s smile was warm, but there was an edge of seduction in her gaze.

"I thought you might need some company," she said softly, her hand lingering on his shoulder. "Mind if I sit with you on the plane?"

Daksh smirked, his irritation fading slightly. "Sure, why not? I could use some good company. Especially if it’s as charming as you."

Abhay and Ayush exchanged knowing glances, clearly entertained by the interaction. Akriti’s presence seemed to shift the mood, adding a new layer of complexity to Daksh’s plans and the upcoming trip.
