Hephaestus' battle

Hephaestus stated as the beast landed onto the ground of Olympus, its form had changed once more, its facial features still bearing resemblance to Apollo however it now looked to have more muscles.

*Graahhrgh*

It screamed in a very human voice that was unsettling to hear. Although Hephaestus found it curious, he wondered how a dark mist was able to gain a body, was it mimicking the things it ate?

He did not have time to dwell on such things as Typhon lunged at his opponents.

*tink tink*

Tapping the destroyer armor just slightly with his knuckles it quickly removed itself from his wife and immediately wrapped around his arm, with the armor now on his arm, sparks of conceptual lightning crackled and flickered off the black armor's surface.

*crackle* crackle*

*BOOM!*

In a swift movement of his fist, just as Typhon had reached them, Hephaestus delivered a devastating punch to the creature face, he felt its face cave in as the punch connect and
sending it flying across Olympus, and with a flick of his armor hand thunder roared before striking down on Typhon like a deluge of highly concentrated plasma that it is.

With Zeus having been dead, his concept of lighting, thunder and sky were up for grabs and Hephaestus wasted no time, he would have taken them as his own concepts however at the same time he feared that could possibly be a way for Zeus to come back, he was certain Zeus's soul was destroyed and there would be no reincarnation for him however Hephaestus wanted to be careful.

He had wanted to use that on a mjolnir or storm breaker, but he thought creating the destroyer for it would be better, or at the very least, he thought it would be cooler.

"and that, my dear, is how you use this armor"

He stated to his wife, placing his hand on her shoulder and letting the armor remove itself from his arm and wrap around and cover Aphrodite's body.

"isn't that Zeus' concept of lightning? how did–wait"

She was about to ask a question but quickly halted herself as she realized what he had just said.

"You were watching me?!"

She questioned in a bit of anger. Did he arrive here quickly and then just watched as she struggled to fight that thing?

"I arrived with you already seemingly about to win, so I thought I'd watch since you had it under control"

He informed, perhaps it was reckless to put hid wife in danger like that however she needed the experience or rather than she needed to protect herself she he be unable to protect her, he'd like to say he'd always be there to protect and ensure her safety but he could not be certain about that, so if she could use the weapons he made to protect herself he'd be less worried.

"You… you…"

She wanted to berate him about that but she could not come up with a reasonable complaint, after all even she had Started to think she was about to win so in a sense he was not in the wrong, plus, she can't always be around him for protection. Despite logical coming to such conclusions, she was still angry about it.

*smack!*

"Take that!"

She slapped him on the shoulder and pouted, Hephaestus only just smiled at her. he could not help but find her behavior cute.

Shaking his head at her antics, a golden portal opened, and a silver robotic like cube with eyes popped. He had wanted to make the prison realm like the original in the beginning, but he found it creepy to have some made of flesh and had eyes.
