She Only has Eyes for You

Mizuko was back in her gown at rehearsal for the beauty pageant while the rest of the class was rehearsing their performance. Mizuko was spending a lot of her time split between dance practice, rehearsing for the beauty pageant, and training to be a hero.

She now had finally came up with idea for her quirk showcase during the beauty pageant.

"Ooo I'm super excited to see what your quirk routine will be, Shirakumo!" Hado flew by her face in a very revealing dress with her boobs right in front of her face.

"Hado... can you back up a bit? But yeah I think I finally figured it out. You'll see it at the pageant." Mizuko covered her eyes.

Amajiki came out from the dressing rack and just sighed at Hado's sunny disposition. He was covering his eyes as well. Hado was showing off a little too much skin for Amajiki to feel comfortable.

"Don't worry if you don't win. Hado's been runner up for the past two years to Kenranzaki Bibimi. I'm sure she will win this year though. I believe in her." Amajiki was able to get those words out.

Mizuko smiled at Amajiki. The way he spoke about Hado is how her Shoto speaks about her.

"Don't worry. I'm not too worried about winning or losing. I just am doing this so everyone has fun." Mizuko was honest. She wasn't keen on the idea of doing the pagan but couldn't let everyone down.

Mizuko then heard the door open. She turned to see some surprising faces- Midoriya, Togata, and Eri! Mizuko's jaw dropped to the floor as she ran to her and hugged her so hard. Eri was taken aback but she squeezed her tightly.

"Eri! I missed you! What are you doing here? I thought you were still in the hospital?" Mizuko managed to get out.

Eri put her finger on her chin as she was putting together her words. "I missed you Mizu. You made feel so safe. I thought I wasn't going to see you again. You made me feel not alone."

Mizuko just hugged her harder and Togata spoke up then answering her questions. "Mr. Aizawa said she could come to the festival but Principal Nezu said it would be best if she learned what UA is like so Deku and I are here are giving her a tour!"

"Why wasn't I told earlier?" Mizuko was a little hurt.

Midoriya then stepped in. "Well Mr. Aizawa thought you've been crazy stressed lately with everything. He wanted to give you time to actually enjoy things and recover- since uh you didn't have much chance before. Besides Togata has been with her the most because he's off of classes this semester."

Mizuko shook her head at Aizawa. He wanted to give Mizuko a time without worry since that's what her life had been filled with. She couldn't even be annoyed anymore.

"Ooo Eri! Hey girl!"  Hado spun in the air.

Midoriya saw Hado in that dress and screamed while covering his eyes. It made Mizuko lighten up as she laughed.

"Why are you and Mizu all dressed up?" She asked quietly while pointing to both Hado and Mizuko.

"They're in the school beauty pageant. They crown a winner for each year." Amajiki answered.

Eri had a little sparkle in her eye when she heard the word crown. She was picturing the princesses in the books that she read in her isolated bedroom over the years. She always loved making up stories about how the princess would win and save the day. Looking up at Mizuko, she wondered if she could be like the princess in her books.

"Mizu! You're going to be a princess? I love princesses!" Eri said all innocent.

Mizuko awkwardly rubbed her head. "Uh Eri.."
