Mizuko knew she had to make sure her classmates and class 1B were okay. The only thing she knew was that Bakugo and Shoto were not that far up ahead. If she could get together with them, all three of them could protect the class.

Mizuko was definitely not preparing for a villain attack that evening just like everyone else.  She was planning on spending time with Shoto stargazing after this so she had made sure she looked presentable. She had on black leggings paired with her flowery pink shirt. Her hair was down and she made sure it wasn't out of place. She knew it her wasn't going to be like that after tonight's adventure with the villains.

She carefully walked through the woods so she wouldn't make a sound and make attention to herself. She wished she could run up ahead but that would be too risky. She had to avoid a battle with the villains as she was still pretty wiped out after quirk training. Mizuko took another step forward through the forest and made two deadly mistakes.

Her right foot snapped a tree branch in half as she walked into some purple mist. The purple mist had such a foul odor that she couldn't help but gag.

Shit.

She quickly hid behind a tree just in case anyone heard her. She put her back against the tree and slumped down while sighing in relief that she didn't seem to attract a villain. She could feel her adrenaline slowing down just a little.

All of sudden, she felt the tree become blazing hot. She jumped forward and realized the tree was set on fire with blue flames. Her eyes widened as she knew it wasn't Shoto as he didn't make blue flames. She had no time to panic as she couldn't let the fire destroy the forest.

Instinctively, she raised her hands and blasted the water towards the tree. She gritted her teeth as blue flames are so much hotter than normal and required more water from already tired body to put out the flames.

The flame was put out and the tree crashed down in front of her. She was breathing heavy and she heard a slow clapping.

"My my. I wasn't expecting to run into you so soon, Mizuko. How lucky am I?" A dark figure appeared in front of her where the tree once stood.

"You don't have permission don't call me that. Now, why are you here!?" She planted her feet in the ground to be ready on the defense as Mandalay's words echoed in her head that she wasn't allowed to fight back. Her mind also kept racing back to the Hosu incident with the police chief letting them off the hook for using their quirks without a license.

The man slowly stepped forward towards her. His left hand created a small blue flame in order to illuminate his face. Those piercing turquoise eyes and the scarring on his face made her shudder. It was the man from the mall that grabbed her and told her to be careful. He could read her facial expressions and grinned noticing her realization.

"I thought I told you to be more careful next time. Glad to see you didn't listen, sweetheart. Now don't make my job harder than it has to be. I may have to capture you two alive but they didn't say you couldn't be covered in burns." His voice hissed.

Wait? Two? I thought they were just after me?!

Mizuko shot a nasty glare at him. "Two? I thought the League was only after me? And why would I go with some creep like you?" Her voice grew angrier knowing that one of her other classmates was a target.

"I'm no creep, sweetheart. The name is Dabi. And you don't need to know anything other than you need to come with us or... else." His smile was twisted as his flame grew larger in his hand.

Attention Class A and B. This is a message from Eraser Head. You are hereby allowed to use your quirks to defend yourselves. Thanks to Midoriya we know the villains are after Shirakumo and a student named Kacchan. They should head back to camp and not engage the enemy.
