New Years Eve came up quickly. Everyone else was escorted by the teachers to go back home to celebrate the holiday. Mizuko at beginning of the school year would've been sad hearing this but she realized she didn't have any reason to be. She didn't even need to leave UA. Her family, Aizawa and Eri, were just in a different building.

She happily enjoyed spending New Years Eve with them and Sora. Togata even came over and brought over the UA card game that Class A played the other day and then quickly got banned from playing. Aizawa sighed as Eri was having a little too much fun while she screamed for her Mizuko character to beat the Bakugo character. Aizawa was close to banning Eri from playing too.

The time with her family was soon over as it was now time to head to Endeavor's agency. Mizuko was dressed in her school uniform with her white scarf wrapped around her neck and white beanie on her head. She was holding onto her briefcase that held her hero costume as she was waiting for the bus to come to take her to the city.

"Try not to do anything too stupid out there, ok?" Aizawa rolled his eyes with that comment. He knew that she would always find some trouble.

Mizuko chuckled. "Hey, I'm not stupid. I'm second in the class. Only Yaoyorozu has better grades than me." She knew what he meant but wanted to tease him.

The bus then came. Mizuko knelt down and gave Eri a hug.

"Do your best, sissy! I'll be working hard on my quirk for you." That was the first time Eri ever called her a sister.

Mizuko covered her mouth in shock at her calling her a sister and at how determined she was to break Mizuko free from being chained to the League.

"I'll do my very best for you, sissy." She smiled back and ruffled her hair on her way back up.

She saw Aizawa smiling when she came up. Those three misfits were a family now.

Aizawa then hugged her goodbye. "Working with the number one hero? I'm damn proud of you, kid. I hope we will have answers on how to get rid of All For One's hold when you get back."

Mizuko hugged him back and nodded her head. "We will figure it out. I just need to get stronger. I'll be back soon."

Mizuko then boarded the bus as Eri waved goodbye and Aizawa crossed his arms while watching her bus depart.

I hope you're looking down and watching over her, Oboro. I wish you could've met her and seen how good of a pro hero she's going to be. I'm proud of her. You'd be proud of her too.

Aizawa saw the bus fade into the distance. He'd been thinking more about Shirakumo Oboro lately. He kept pushing back his grief into the back of his mind. He didn't have time to grieve his friend again. He had to protect Oboro's niece from the danger that was ahead. Aizawa felt a tear going down his face but quickly wiped it away before Eri could see.

Soon Aizawa wouldn't be able to hold back tears as he would soon realize Oboro was a lot closer than he thought.

It was only about a short 20 minute bus ride to the bus stop outside the Endeavor Agency. She quickly grabbed her briefcase and hopped off the bus. Once she was off the bus, she was looking for a sign of Shoto and company or Endeavor himself.

Shoto told her the day after the Christmas party that he invited Bakugo and Izuku to join them at the Endeavor agency. She was happy to hear that Shoto offered and was thinking of his friends- such a drastic change of when she first met him. Mizuko was happy to hear of this and was looking forward to training with both Bakugo and Izuku.

"There's Mizu-Chan!"

She heard the happy go lucky voice of Izuku. She turned around and saw the three guys just get off their bus. She ran over while waving to both of them. Izuku waved with excitement to see his friend while Bakugo just folded his arms and let out a "tch"
