Knock This Shit Off

Aizawa was stunned as he watched his daughter fight alongside Deku and Bakugo to protect him. More importantly, she called him, dad, for the first time and in front of everyone. He never wanted to make her feel uncomfortable and never wanted to pressure her into calling him that. He was thankful for Manual constantly splashing his eyes so he wouldn't blink. He was also thankful that his water was hiding his tears. He was proud of Mizuko and the person she was becoming.

"Mizuko... I'm proud to be your father." He said quietly to himself. Rock Lock and Manual heard him.

"You have every right to be proud of that one." Manual replied.

Aizawa saw the tenacity in her eyes as her wave crashed into Shigaraki and fully submerged him. Shigaraki was swallowed up whole in that wave and Mizuko then was making a circling motion with her hands.

"Deep Sea: Whirlpool!!" She screamed out.

The water was now circling and Shigaraki was trapped in her whirlpool. Aizawa looked in amazement of how far she has come. Before she was a shy girl who hid what demons she was facing at home. She constantly hid her nervousness by pulling her back behind her ear. She didn't know what love was.

Now here she stood. She was going head to head against the disciple of the demon lord. She stood against him while bloodied and bruised. She stood against him even after Dabi burned her hair. If she was scared, she didn't show it. Her eyes were focused on her goal, to destroy the evil once and for all. She now had people that she loved that she wanted to protect. She had something worth fighting for now.

While Mizuko was clenching her teeth and focused at keeping him in her Whirlpool, she and everyone at the battle could hear Shigaraki's maniacal laughing. She then saw him hop out of her Whirlpool like it was nothing and come barreling toward her.

Mizuko didn't have time to switch her water from whirlpool to a blast. She closed her eyes and was waiting on the Shigaraki to grab her. However, she never felt his cold hands touch. She felt heat actually. She opened her eyes to see Endeavor standing in front of her and grabbing Shigaraki by his wrist. He then lit him on fire and let his flames consume him.

"Hands off of her!" Endeavor screamed while protecting Mizuko.

Shigaraki screamed in pain but was able to escape his grasp and backed up a few feet.

Endeavor now glared down at Mizuko, Deku, and Bakugo.

"I still see you listen as well as ever, Aqua!! I told you to stand down! We can't afford to lose you. Well there's no changing the fact that you're here alongside Bakugo and Deku now. So now you have two new orders, take down Shigaraki and don't you dare die!" Endeavor commanded.

Mizuko cocked a smile, "You got it, Endeavor."

Endeavor then looked solely at Bakugo and Deku.

"I feel like I've been saying this a lot lately but we will figure out the details later about this One For All thing, Deku. And Bakugo, you need to promise me to protect Deku and Aqua." Endeavor demanded of him while staring down a worn out Shigaraki.

Bakugo smirked, "Yeah yeah. IcyHot would kill me if I let anything happen to her. He wouldn't stop worrying about her after that decay wave"

Mizuko and Endeavor felt relief knowing he survived that decay wave. Shoto was alive and hopefully safe far away from this battle. It was just the encouragement they both needed to keep going on in this battle.

Endeavor then unleashed a JetBurn attack towards Shigaraki. Mizuko could tell his flames were getting weaker as she couldn't feel the heat like before. However, Shigaraki easily dodged the attack though. He then locked eyes with Deku and held his hand out towards him.
