"Sorry they cut the work study program, little chick. It's been fun. Let's train together some time. Also hoped you liked my birthday gift." Hawks said into the phone.

Hawks could hear Mizuko sigh on the phone. "You didn't have to do that but thank you Hawks. Seriously, thank you for everything. I hope they restart the work study program soon so I can be your student again. But I look forward to training with you soon!"

Hawks smirked at how much she still trusted him. Truth to be told, he was so thankful that the program ended. He didn't want to lie to Mizuko anymore plus he had to deal with his other mission that was assigned by the president. Let's just say one mission failure was bad enough. Hawks didn't want to imagine failing this one.

"Catch you later, little chick!" He then hung up the phone and sighed as a pair of turquoise eyes were staring him down.

Dabi leaned against the wall of the abandoned building that he and Hawks always met at. He stared down at Hawks' phone with his arms crossed.

"Interesting that you're training future heroes, especially that girl, when you want the downfall of hero society, Hawks." Dabi and Hawks were now partners but he didn't trust Hawks one bit.

He did find it very interesting that Hawks took on Shirakumo Mizuko of all people.

Hawks chuckled, "Got to be keeping up with my role as number two hero now. I thought training them would help me blend in and not raise any suspicions about my involvement with the liberation army"

Dabi just glared at him while not truly believing him. He also was not a fan of Hawks getting close to Mizuko.

Hawks then grew bold with his next question. He still needed to find out more about the Human Nomu for the commission even his mission was deemed a failure.

After seeing Mizuko in the Hassaikai raid, he believed that there's no way she's involved with it. He couldn't believe all the things his feather overheard. She was just a foolish girl that loved everyone - the furthest thing from that horrible monster.

"Dabi. In the pro world, I heard about this Human Nomu. You'll have to show me it sometime! Can't believe it's even possible!" Hawks tried to keep it lighthearted while rubbing the back of his head.

Dabi rubbed his hand to his face while laughing. Hawks really had no clue.

"You really have no clue. Do you bird brain? You've already seen it. And very soon, you will get to see it in action."

There's no way he can be talking about Shirakumo. Right..?

"Can't wait, man." Hawks lied through his teeth.

"Man, I could barely keep up with Ectoplasm's math class. Even Yaomomo and Shirakumo weren't answering much. My brain is fried!" Kaminari yelled while leaning back in his chair in defeat.

Jiro snickered to the side of him. "Your brain is always fried, sparky."

Mizuko stopped the work she was doing at her desk and laughed at Jiro's quick remark. Kaminari looked back at Mizuko like, "come on really?"

Aizawa then lazily stepped into class with his yellow sleeping bag. He had taken on a lot of responsibilities now between Eri at the hospital and caring for Mizuko at UA.

"You know it's fall time.. so you know what that means. It's time to plan for the school festival. With all the stuff that's went on this year, you owe it to the other classes to put on something good. You all have until tomorrow morning to decide what you're going to do." Aizawa lectured before falling back down to sleep.
