˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ As the crowd of people flushed out of the movie theater, the group stuck themselves into the center of it, Dustin said it was blending in.As they walked towards the exit of the mall, no one even looked twice at them, even with Steve's black eye and bloodied sailors uniform.
"Well, shit, that worked," Erica said with a smile.
Dustin rolled his eyes. "Of course it worked. Now we just have to get on the bus with the rest of these plebes, and home sweet home, here we come."
Steve looked to Kat with wide eyes. "Uh, Dustin?"
"What?"
Kat bit her lip. Just as things were starting to work out. "We might not want to go home for a bit," Kat said, trying to be as vague as possible.
Dustin paused for a moment. "Why?"
"Well, I might've told them your full name," Steve replied through his teeth.
Dustin looked back, a funny, terrified look on his face. He then noticed the people behind them, so he turned back around, trying to look normal. "What is wrong with you?!" he whisper yelled, his voice cracking from stress.
Steve returned a confused stare. "Dude, I was drugged."
"So?" Dustin said, growing louder. It was really impossible for him to be quiet for more than two seconds; he only has one volume.
"So?"
"So, you resist. You tough it out. You tough it out like a man."
As they turned the corner, Kat saw multiple men dressed in all black standing by the exit. Men with holsters around their waists. Men with Russian accents.
